There are four people working in the made to order section. After 8 minutes, they haven’t completed any orders - there has been some restocking and checking screens, but nothing else. With only two current orders and four employees, this wait doesn’t appear to be justified.

The gas pumps were absolutely atrocious as if they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. All were covered in spider webs and dead insects. Disgusting.

Rutter's has the best parking and bathrooms out of all trucks stops in the USA. Only Love's comes equal, maybe Sheetz. But their toilet seats are perfect. I don't know anything about their fuel or food because I only fuel at the Pilot and eat in my truck but besides them not having showers Rutter's is probably the finest of all truck stops. I stop at Rutter's every single time I get a chance. If only they had showers :(

Very good, very complete with many things to eat and personal items, easy to get in but difficult to get out just because you have to wait for me to wait for the charges to let the trailers out.

We stopped at this Rutters location while traveling recently. It is huge and there is plenty of space to sit down to eat - both inside and outside. The store was nice and clean and the employees were very pleasant.

Thought I'd give Rutters I try for my morning bagel. Ordered and everything bagel, just like I do at their competitor Sheetz, first off they're everything bagel is far from everything. It has sesame seeds on and burnt sesame seeds. And that's about all you can see. The taste is terrible. Their cream cheese they use is terrible. I would never get this again. At least with Sheetz you can see the poppy seeds, the onion, everything... as it's intended. Then I went to their soda machine to get a Coca-Cola, apparently their Coca-Cola doesn't work. What a terrible way to start the day. Won't be returning that's for sure.

I like it. The parking lot is clean, the inside is clean, the store has a good selection of groceries, and the fries and burgers are delicious. The staff is friendly.
