Figured I'd leave a review since I saw how many bad ones there were for this place and it made me nervous to go.Parking lot is very nice, not crowded. I went in for some back x-rays. The front desk lady De was very welcoming and got me checked in fast. X-ray tech was friendly and let me look at the scans. I was only there for maybe a half hour. In and out pretty quick but didn't feel rushed. Overall a good experience

Worst visit at a doctor’s office I have ever had. Shockingly bad. Their newly hired NP gave inaccurate medication contraindications (which I confirmed with another doctor, PA and pharmacy) and would not provide any care. With the NP also having such poor demeanor and after asking her repeatedly to stop speaking so unprofessionally we just left the visit and got great care somewhere else. Zero chance I would ever go back here or refer any family members. Penn State needs higher quality care with medical professionals who know what they are doing and can provide ACCURATE diagnoses and medication. Penn State please make changes because patients could honestly be hurt by this kind of care and I’m sorry to say this NP.

Tried to get in to see PCP after discharge from the hospital but couldnt get anyone to answer the phone or call me back. Went back to hospital. Discharged again and cant be seen for almost a month when it is supposed to be within a week. Pretty sad this medical system nightmare we are in.

Unless you have 2 hours and a fully charged phone battery, don't try to call any Penn State health as that's how long it takes to get to speak to a person in order to make an appointment or for anything else.

My fiancé had a new patient appointment scheduled in the beginning of March, they called him to reschedule a week later because the doctor was sick that day. A week later he gets a call saying the doctor had a family emergency so they rescheduled the appointment for MAY. He just got a call today saying that the doctor no longer works there and they are not taking any new patients. So now we have to start from scratch to find a pcp and wait for that first appointment to be scheduled. It's just frustrating. ?
