First of all, it seems the only good reviews are for the train station, not the cable company. Remove those, and you get about 1 star, which is all this company deserves. Remember those AOL disks you used to use for dial up internet? Yeah, well they were faster. I pay 184.65 a month for supposedly whole home wifi, which does not extend beyond 10 feet of the box (and no, my walls are made of cheap thin drywall, not 6 inches of lead). And don't even get me started on the digital cable. It goes out more than a sorority girl with an alcohol problem.

I can’t say you’re badmouth this cable company, one way or the other. I have no experience with them as a company, but their train station sitting right here on the NS, main line, overlook at the river is beautiful.

Was told a technician would be at my home between 11am and 1pm. He arrived at noon. Spent a long time fixing the problem. Hats off to Blue Ridge. Never had a problem. Sherman, thanks for your professionalism and your attention to detail. I'm quite pleased with the service!

They try scamming their customers, and their service isn't that great. I have screenshots of the supervisor lying and then proceeding to have another staff member continue it.

When it's working up to speed it's ok but that's not often. Annoying to say the least, being the only game in town I will 2 star them. ? 4/1/23 went to a 1 star very annoying to be watching a program and see it reduced to a non picture.

Living in Perry county and qualifying for the ACP program, this company seemed like a decent option. They advertise self-install for their services, but if you have any sort of issue during the process, they will take up 2 hours of your time just to tell you the only option to fix it is to pay $50 to have a technician come out and set it up for you. Instantly cancelled my service before it even began. Truly a shame how they take advantage of people.
