“From the time you walk in the door the experience at this particular old Navy is welcoming and warm. The staff is amazing, friendly, warm, and very kind. Ur greeted with a smile and welcome from all employees up front soon as u walk in, To the time u get to the register to checkout. Helpful and knowledgeable. And u can find almost everything u need and don't need.lol my family and I never mind spending our funds in here the experience is worth the money. Oh and the items are not bad either.”
“Went last month for my husband's suit for our wedding. and the staff was very polite with us.They allowed us to put a hold on the suit for I think four days until we were able to get the money to pay for it. They were very patient with us as we came in about 15 minutes to closing time to pick up the suit. We were somehow $2 short, so my husband ran out to the car for spare change as the Staff member searched with me. I believe she counted out about two dollars in dimes. And she was polite to my son as well, even though he threw cheerios on their floor. My Hubby looked so great ? Thank you so much for your patience and helping to make our big day special.”
