I do not recommend going to this store. Their service sucks! The workers are ignorant! I will never go back there again! I waiting for over a hour. 20 minutes into my wait A couple came in and waited about five ten minutes and they helped them before me.. So after I waited over an hour and they helped people out before me that came in after me.Then they told me they couldn't help me with my issue! And they did it with an attitude! When I had a representative on the phone that told me that they could! Very unprofessional!!!! I went to a different store and they were very helpful and help me with the same issue. There was an old man that was sitting there waiting patiently before me. One of the workers named Jasmine Was very unprofessional you should have heard how she talked to this old man. This is Not the first time i've had problems with this store !

I was really pleased with the service very professional. Alyssa Herran ( Assistant General Manager ) Shaffer rd. Dubois pa. She was great. Transfered everything I wanted ,set up new stuff I bought. Walked out completely done. I'm sure they are all good but I would ask for Alyssa. FOR SURE..

Just walked in for some information, and walked out with new phone and a watch for much less than the website offered. Nice store and helpful staff. Allyssa was fantastic!

My girlfriend and I were scammed by Carly, we were told if we got two iPads and a iPhone SE, there was a promotion going on to where our bill would be $140/ month. We proceed to receive bills of $280/month which is not what we’re were promised/told. The bill needed up being double, which is blasphemous. I am infuriated with this terrible service, and misrepresentation of information. We will be taking further action.

Needed a new phone, so I traded mine in for credit on a new account. What they never told me was that when you oay off your new phone, you forfit the trade in value so the essentially stole my old phone. Also, they told me that when I paid off the phone, I could switch carriers. What they didn't tell me was that my new phone was locked with verizon for 2 months so I was with out a phone for over a month becuase they already released my number and I couldn't get it back. Don't recommend
