My mother went in there to attempt to send back a wrong package and was treated poorly and pushed off to the corner instead of helping her the employees were rude and ignored her will not refer anyone there ever!

Up at 430 and they are closed. 2nd time it’s been like this. Trash. Avoid at all costs. Go to staples instead.

I had a return yesterday, 9/13/23 and the customer service I received by Paul Knarr, (I hope I got his name right) was truly wonderful! He was extremely competent, professional and knowledgeable and helped this tech challenged Grammie with patience. Thankyou, Paul!

We always get great service at the Dubois UPS Store. My only complaint is that it is a 50 minute drive. Want to open one in Elk County?

$20.00 for a return box 13" -18"-15" is totally ridiculous this is what ups charged my wife to return an amazon return item because my original box was damaged in shipping so they said she needed a new box she should have drove to walmart and purchased a box there for $3.00 the item i was returning was only worth $60 we have never had any problems with the service here but do yourself a favor and buy a box somewhere else

I visited this store during the pandemic, bringing my dog. We all were masked and a little down and a lot isolated. The two young women were thrilled to meet my dog, and he was thrilled too. Shipping task was done with scant attention. Today I visited again. Not as euphoric but super professional, very friendly and dog was a main attraction again. Alex and Kristy. They gave him a treat and water. I suspect the negative reviews are by vandals.

New girl very monotone and no customer service skills.Tried to charge $1 for putting tape on one end of Amazon return that didn’t even need boxed.The eye rolling was it for me.

Showed up right at 8:33 AM no one’s in there. doors are not open it is now 845 and doors are still not open. Not sure why the door says open at 8:30 when no one‘s even here yet if I could take all of my packages to the UPS store and FedEx down on beaver drive I would but sometimes I have to come up here. I’ve been seeing a lot of bad reviews about this place. I think he owner needs to step in at this point.

Employees do not want to help and are hardly any better than a kiosk. Also the only ups location for miles so you cant really go anywhere else.

Briefly spoke on the phone today with who I can only imagine is the infamous “blonde lady” who can be seen referenced in other comments. I was on the phone for 43 seconds total for a simple yes or no question and in that time was rudely told that “there was a line of customers and I’m holding things up.” Can only assume the lady must have a pathetically sad life to warrant such behavior.

I have no idea what other people have experienced but it is absolutely not congruent with mine. I have had to use this store for multiple things, Mercari sales, Amazon returns, packing and shipping items and sending a fax. Every single time has gone wonderfully. When it isn't busy had lovely chats with everyone working, and when they are slammed they work hard and professionally to keep things going.
