This place is absolutely terrible and they will lie to you. I got in an accident in January and here it's June and I'm still waiting to get my air conditioner Fixed the right way, they had it twice and still couldn't figure out that it was a simple hose. And now I have to have my dealership Do the work for them! They are terrible. Do not come here. My insurance company made me use them. They said they guaranteed the work. They let me drive off twice with a broken AC. I'm sweating. And the guy that you talk to from progressive has no idea what he's talking about. He always acts clueless.

Great experience! My car was completed on the estimated date, communication was great throughout the process, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this shop for anyone looking to get work done!

I had hit a deer with my car and Spitzer was recommended by my insurance company so I decided to go with them. I'm so glad I did. Such an easy process and they did an AMAZING job. My car was pretty bad. They got it in quick initially. The process was slowed down by my insurance company which was no fault of this business. My vehicle was done 2 days sooner than expected. I have to put before and after pictures because of how bad it was and how great they did. I would return again!

They were helpful and friendly with an already stressed up situation. They offered me a loaner car at no charge. When my repairs were completed, the exterior of my car had been cleaned and I’m pretty sure they rain-x my windshield. Highly recommend.

The staff was friendly. The deer damage was done sloppily. The bumper is not lined up. They didn't touch up my hood from the damage. They had to tow it to a different dealer because it was my audi q5. They had it for a month and a half. Then they did connect the wiper fluid line. I had to go back in and they spent about 1.5 hrs finding out where the line was not connected. It was behind the headlight.I did have a jeep to the chevy side of them. 3 times and they still didn't fix the problem. Oh, and they sold the jeep to us not even a month from the lower sale lot. Still not fixed. I was told by them to take it elsewhere. I took it to Kelly's jeep. Spent 1600.00 and still something wrong with it. Saving up money to see what else I can replace to see if it will fix the problem of not starting.

I am very pleased with the service Spitzer Auto Body provided. When I hit a deer they were the only garage that could schedule me in a timely manner, especially when parts are hard to get. They worked with my insurance and enterprise to make sure I was taken care of. The customer service was very friendly and even answered my questions when I called at closing time. I got text status updates through out the process and my vehicle was done in a week. When I picked it up, it was sparkling they cleaned the inside and out. I wrecked my 2015 Dodge Durango smashed up the front right corner pretty bad. Spritzer collision was very good to work with kept me updated throughout the whole process. They worked directly with insurance adjuster. No headaches I dropped it of went back and picked it up looking new. A+ business I would recommend this company.Service: Body & Trim
