Honestly this branch is a joke. Do not go here. It's like they're allergic to work and they're very rude. They'll give you so many issues and excuses but if you go to a different branch they're kind and get things done. Pretty pathetic they're giving S&T bank a bad name.

An associate did not understand how to process a certified check through a credit union. Leading their own bank members to believe the check was invalid. Our credit union had to call and explain how to process the certified check and that it was in fact valid. Much unneeded stress was caused to both parties involved.
