I got help immediately without having to ask for it! I needed a harness, and she knew exactly what I wanted and found it without struggle. It fit PERFECT ? and was EXACTLY what I needed. Great experience ?

Great place to explore and pick up what you need for the pets that are dear to your hearts. It is nice for a place to be so accommodating to your best friend. My dog doesn't shake hand to paw with anyone.

I have never been more disappointed by a grooming appointment. Scheduled an appointment for 9:45 and my dog was not done until 2:45 or after. Her underside and top of her head and legs don’t even seem to be touched. Paid the extra $12 to get her nails buffed and that was not completed either. Rachel was extremely rude and seemed agitated while conversing with her. A complete hack job, makes me wonder if she’s even qualified. Never again.

Do not take you pet here for grooming. We dropped off our peekaboo and picked him up 2.5 hrs later. The groomer clipped only his back and face. Never cut his sides, legs, underside, backside or tail. He was supposed to be given a bath and he had poop in the hair by his butt, clearly not bathed. Nails were not clipped because she said she had no one to help hold him. These pics don’t do justice. I called the manager and explained what happened. He refunded our money but we had to drive back to the store for the refund. I explained it was a 25 minute drive one way but we still had to come in. Nothing additional was offered to compensate for lost time and gas having to drive back in, effectively, 2 hrs lost in travel. I would have expected a gift card to Petco for the inconvenience but customer service is not considered. They lost my business. Buying my dog food online now from another company.

Appointment scheduled for 1pm for bath nails and hair cut. They Didn’t even start until 4:30 then claimed my dog was not listened and they wouldn’t complete him. He got his bath and maybe his nails. $60. We will never return. Trying Shaggy to Chic.

Took my dog for a bath and deshedding and dropped her off at 12:05 and at 12:37 the groomer Text me that she was done. I questioned how she could do a bath, which includes a deep shampoo,15 minute brush. Gland express, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and blow dry, plus the de shedding in 30 minutes, I have taken her to multiple Petco’s in three different states and it always takes at least 90 minutes or more. Very disappointed, she did not look as clean as she should have been, she wasn’t even wet a little bit and she usually is. Sorry but I won’t be back to this location.

This deserves a minus 10. Horrible experience. My dogs were there 5 hours and when I was called they were done after 5 hours, I was told she couldn't do them because they wouldn’t cooperate.
That is true with my one but definitely not true with one. She is scared to death and never moves.
My dogs bark and get the other dogs barking.
What a joke that is. There was dogs barking and mine were not. So after 5 hours they both got a bath and I stood there while my one dog got cut and she did not move. The bill $170 for that!!!!!
Won’t be back! Don’t you think you need more than one stylist? 8 dogs scheduled for 1 person

The staff has good insight into a good variety of different breeds of dogs and their selection of materials that are going to help you understand specific traits that is very important for both you and your new dog for understanding of the breed you have or are looking to adopt or aquire from a reputable breeder who should know everything about the breed of dog that is what they specialize in for example American pit bull terrier Razor edge blue nose and I learned about the breed that was my dog first from PETCO, AND REMEMBER THAT A DOG IS ONLY AS SMART AS IT'S OWNER AND THAT'S THE BEST WAY TO SEE IT AND BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE RESPONSIBILITY OF YOUR DOG AND YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE A NEW BEST FRIEND WHO YOU WILL LOVE AND ENJOY THE COMPANIONSHIP FOR YEARS AND ALL THAT IS REQUIRED IS FOR YOU TO BECOME FAMILIAR WITH THE BREED OR MIX BREED AND HOW EVERYTHING THAT I SAID STILL APPLIES

Our regular groomer ( at this location) is on maternity leave but we were assured that she left detailed instructions about how to groom Max. Obviously those notes weren't followed because when my husband brought Max home I was more than a little upset to see how his hair was cut. I have since cancelled his next appointment. I am very disappointed.

Bad experience. My mother and I wanted to buy some fish but no one was back there to get them so I asked the manager who then paged a girl named Amber. When Amber went back to the fish section, she shouted “what do you want.” At us. We responded that we wanted some fish please, and she then proceeded to drill us about what size tank we have and how many other fish we had in the tank. After we told her what we wanted, she proceeded to throw all of the decorations out of the tank and into the one beside it, angrily. When she got the fish we wanted, she filled our bag up with the water from a different tank. Overall, this was a very bad experience. She was rude for no reason and acted like we were a bother to her. Do not recommend.
