I gave them a script to get a CPAP machine in June 2023 of last year. She told me it would take she told me it would take 6 to 8 weeks it’s been 6 to 8 months and they haven’t even called me yet. This is ridiculous would never go there ever again I definitely stay away from this place you need to try to sit and go somewhere else not a very good place at all could care less .

Collapsed service for individuals on CPAP therapy with SMP. Cut off online service. Failed to notify patients individually of new procedures for attaining supplies. I gave up on DuBois Medical years ago after my insurance company wouldn't cover service by T & S Oxygen. DuBois Medical was simply "stingy" and never granted contact to a therapist. SMP was a wonderful company to do business with. Listened to problems and helped provide my needs. Penn Highlands shut off the website SMP was using. Everything evidently now is call in and you have to go to the old DuBois Medical Supply building.

You can't get cpap supplies the same day. Better off ordering them cheaper online. Bring back SMP.

Refuse to give me new C PAP equipment my machine is over 8 yrs old replacement light has been on for over a year, insurance recommends 5 year replacement, can't remember last time they replace my mask and tubing, never checked my equipment, employees are rude,dubois,brookvile, and st Marys,they all are the most ncompetent,arrogant,and most ignorant people I have ever experienced and I worked in health care 20 years. Don't know how they stay in buisness. My PCP told me every one of her patients with them are disgusted with them!

This place is so awful to deal with, they should be shut down by the PA Congress!!! Penn Highlands has bought up everything and can't run anything properly. Been waiting weeks for C-Pap supplies, I call and get an answering machine.

Had to give 1 star cause that's the lowest I could go, but they are actually minus 10 +. Compared to when this use to be DuBois Medical Supply, it now SUCKS! I have missed out on CPAP supplies paid by my insurance since my out of pocket max has been met because they don't stock anything anymore! Still waiting on headgear from November, and will be eligible for another mask, tubing, filters in a couple weeks. But since they don't stock anything, I'll lose our of free supplies once again! Penn Highlands you should be ashamed of yourselves for ruining a once great Company. I'm gonna call around Monday to find somebody else so that I can get supplies before my new out of pocket starts again in January. Penn Highlands instead of building hospitals that you can't staff, take care of the ones you have now, and you'll have the money to pay people a living wage with good benefits at your Hospitals, Pharmacies, and Medical Supply offices!

There is never anyone to speak with, and if you stop at one of the offices of a medical supply company they purchased, nobody there can help you. Six weeks for cpap equipment is ridiculous and a health risk.

Completely agree with these reviews. I was directed by the clearfield office that they would have what I needed in Dubois. They had it but were very upset I didn’t call and place an order. wanted me to check back in a few hours. Just too busy to pick one head gear off shelf. The problem is if you pay out of pocket it’s cheaper. They love gouging the insurance. You have one less customer to worry about.

I could only select a one I wish I could give a lower score. I only wanted an O2 canula. They lied and said I needed a prescription, just plain lied. You can get them at Walmart, or order from there. Right Aid, CVS ect. I just ordered 10 from Amazon. When I need a new Concentrater I will buy it somewhere else. CASH!! I will instruct my Doctors to do the same. I pay the bills. And the premiums. Enough said!

This place is a Awful .. I have a C pap machine the lady Emily.. Told me I had to go to my Doctors to update my insurance information.. I just got on Medicare.. Ok I did that .. Got a new dr sign prescription fax over .. Lady by name of Emily called me again.. Saying I needed to see my Dr .. That’s wasn’t excepable I said WHAT? For 2 filter for my cPap machine.. I looked on Amazon put in my insurance information.. I will get 70 .. For $16.. Plus if my insurance get approved.. I get for $ 2.. Which either way .. I don’t have to deal with snarly Emily.. I feel sorry for the Elderly.. Going thru needless inconvenience this. store put you thru .. Very Rude and unprofessional behavior.. I would never recommend them ..

Well I called this company on March 28 to order medical supplies that I needed every six months and I was told that they couldn’t send it out till April 4 because of insurance which I said that would be fine. I have been dealing with this company since 2004 and they have recently been purchased by PENN HIGHLANDS which I wasn’t aware of until today. I still have not received my supplies so I called because it is Friday, April 9 and they have still notArrived I was told that it was in my chart that I would pick them up I have never picked the supplies up for 18 years I hope this isn’t a result of the purchase and that Customer Service will improve because I got no apology at all for the lateness of the arrival of the supplies and that they would be mailed out today

I called for medical supplies for a severe condition and explained I was traveling in 3 weeks. Their response was there is alot of "red tape" and if I dont hear from them in 2 weeks, I should call back. Ummmm no. I switched to T&S Oxygen and they could see me that day. Funny how they didn't have alot of "red tape". Dont waste your time with DMS as they obviously dont care.
