When I arrived at the dealership, I was expecting regular routine service, although I had been waiting for a part for some time. While waiting for my service, Rachelle Himes went the extra mile and informed me the, long awaited part, had arrived and could be installed then, with no need for re-appointment. Just a little longer wait. As I live 80 miles away, it was a welcome outcome. Thank You Rachelle Himes at DuBois Cadillac.

I had purchased a new vehicle which came from the factory with lousy windshield wipers. Not Spitzer’s fault. I asked for a new set. I was prepared to pay for them, but Spitzer’s paid for them and all is good. Good service.

Skyler was very informative.My vehicle was in for a recall for a parking assist module which meant the right rear of the vehicle interior panel needed removed to install.The mechanic Dane did an awesome job.Thanks for the amazing service.
