Ryan Horchen is not a trustworthy person. There is one star on the review because the app will not allow a post unless at least one star is present. As another post has said if you could give a negative star rating it would be a minus 10. First of all Ryan Horchen does not perform the services he claims. He has lied to me many times about returning my car and sending my money back for a Restoration project that he claimed would be finished based on his timeline many years ago (8yrs ago). When I have asked for proof that the restoration projects exists, he refused to show me any proof that there is a car in the form of a title or even a picture of the progress on any of the projects. Now, Ryan owes me several hundred thousand dollars as well as my 1966 GT350. He has not returned my car which he claimed he had a buyer for but when the buyer backed out, Ryan refused to send me back my car. He refuses to send me proof that he still has my 1966 GT350. I have asked many times for something simple like a current timestamped mobile phone picture. It has been well over 5 years that I have been trying to get my money and the car returned. I am informed that during the time he has had possession of my car that he has illegally and fraudulently changed the title on my car. I have had to bring a lawsuit against him for fraud and theft of my property. I have two attorneys in different states to prosecute the lawsuit. A judgement against him for fraud with damages now at $700K as rendered by the courts. This is a public record which you can look up on the internet. I consider my 1966 GT350 (VIN # SFM 0006) to be stolen by Ryan Horchen and will have reported this car as a stolen vehicle to law enforcement. If you are doing business with Ryan Horchen or his shop “H and H Performance”, I would be very concerned about the security of your assets. I would look for another restorer or at least someone with a reputable history. There are bad people around every corner that are always looking to steal your money, the unscrupulous players in the classic car hobby need to and should be exposed. “Caveat Emptor”.

This guy Ryan swore up and down he needed a set of original 427 cobra wheels that I sourced for him. First he said a check was in the mail, then that he would wire the $. I gave him one last chance to back out when I had to travel to buy a bunch of stuff including the wheels and he said, yes... I need the wheels. I spend 10k+ on the wheels and then he never returned a call or email. Jesse @ shelbyparts com

H&H Performance is Amazing!Picking-up my father’s beautiful, but non-operating ‘33 Chevy Cabriolet and ‘50 Chevy Convertible was a tough day-long task. The cars were stored crooked through a golf cart garage door. The guys from H&H turned them, eased them out, and put them in a new 34’ box trailer manually, working with the utmost skill, patience, and professionalism.Thank you, guys! I can’t wait till you have them back on the road!

If it were possible to give negative stars, I would give these guys a minus 10. I recently bought a 1957 chevy convertible that they supposedly did a frame off complete restoration on. The car is a friggin lemon. The radiator, brakes, wiring harness, steering box, even the headlights were totally f'ed up and definitely misrepresented as being restored. They definitely took me for an expensive ride. My mechanic has been working on correcting their moronic errors for the past 2 weeks. It's gonna cost me at least 5K. Shame on me for trusting these clowns. I feel sorry for anyone that does business with them. Do yourself a favor - Steer clear of H&H Performance.
