Ridiculous. 3day sale virtually zero items out on day 2??? No staff no customer service personnel??? How do you close customer service 2 full hours before closing store? Not have department personnel to assist ??? TERRIBLE

I usually try not to write bad reviews, but this seems deserving. I came in to buy a bouquet of flowers. When I tell you their floral department is the worst I’ve ever seen, I mean it. Purchased a bouquet of flowers for $18.99 only to realize that a few of the flowers were dead and mushy when I got home. $18.99 was definitely not worth it. Many of the other bouquets also looked the same way. Obviously no one is really paying attention to the floral department of their store. I would recommend going to Martin’s instead if you’re looking for a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Not trying to be harsh, but Giant Eagle could do better. Very disappointed.

Waited over 5 mins in the self checkout line waiting for someone to come fix the dumb issue it was having. Asked the 1 of the 2 cashiers if they could call someone and with attitude the lady said can't you give me a minute I'm only 1 person. Seems the elderly people are more rude then the younger people. I've been using an OTC card for my sick mom there for months, and it was a younger lady that told me if I swipe the card twice, it should pay for it all. And it sure did. Spent the first 4 months paying out of pocket for the stuff it didn't cover even though it was supposed to. I'm just saying you might need a little customer service refresher class.

Your employee Amanda likes to call my mother cuss words and accuse her of doing things that are damaging to her character. Amanda also actively tells another employee inappropriate things about my mother, which in turn is communicated to my mother. Amanda has harassed my mother in the store in front of other employees and yells at her for coming in daily. My apologies for my mother bringing the DuBois giant eagle her business. If the store manager Joe would like to contact me I invite him to reach out to me via email or provide me with his direct line. If I do not hear that this problem has been resolved I will be contacting corporate in regards to Amanda's attitude. Thanks. My mother feels threatened by going to a giant eagle of all places. This is so sad.
