I purchased two batteries one for lawn mower one for motorcycle Place seem to have great service the day I purchased I had to return the motorcycle battery service was great it wasn't the right size no fault of theirs I had no problems returning unfortunately about 20 some days later the lawn mower battery would not start the lawn mower anymore I went to return it the lady working was very rude and rudely said she would return it but she said it had full charge and there was nothing wrong with it I had a problem with my mower I asked her if I could get another battery because her customer service is so bad she didn't offer me another one she acted like it was a problem to get me another one because she knew she diagnosed my lawn mower as having a different problem got a different battery came home and it started my mower right up please tell you're Representatives not to diagnose mechanical problems when they have no idea what they're talking about probably won't come back to your store as long as that girl is there working

Awesome job Corey Skinner !! I came into the store for a battery and to have my alternator and starter checked . Cory was very knowledgeable and polite. Why I was in the store I asked about wipers and purchased a set . He helped install the battery and the wipers . His install was done very respectfully of other people’s property . A++ customer service

Stop to get code on car wiped and the kid working instantly oh no our code readers won't clear that with me knowing they do which tells me he directly lied to my face, if you don't want to take two minutes and do it just say so but choose to lie instead. Well that's fine I won't ever purchase there again due to the fact of lieing not that they wouldn't wipe code.

I have my own business in Clearfield, Pa. I just wanted to let your company know that your commercial employee ( Keisha ) is amazing. Anytime we need anything that we cannot get anywhere else she is there to help always. Clearfield store also has an amazing commercial employee ( Gary ). If it wasn't for these 2 people we would be dealing elsewhere. You have 2 excellent employees here that are very knowledgeable about parts and very caring for their customers.

The commercial manager Kasia is very rude, always has a knows it all attitude, thinks she’s the one in charge of the place, multiple customers have had issues with her. Also some of the staff shouldn’t be there such as Taylor always with a negative attitude and very unprofessional. The one driver Lee doesn’t even know what anything is when you need something and if so he sells you the wrong parts. That store definitely needs better people.

Low oil light came on while on road trip… stopped by Auto Zone . Corey and Angel helped me find the exact right oil to use and installed it on the spot for me . They are a blessing !
