I recommend this company. Our undermount sink started to detach from the countertop. The kitchen was redone before we bought the house and we didn’t know who completed it. I called around and multiple companies would not touch the project if they didn’t install it in the first place. Finally Timeless called back and came out within a couple of days to fix it. They pointed out it lacked proper support to begin with. Hopefully it holds up without any issues. I am happy they came out and how quickly they did. The men that did the work were polite and friendly. The cost was reasonable. I am a happy customer and because they were willing to help I will definitely use them in the future if a need arises.

with 1000 granite places, why would you choose to go here? just take a look at my photos. my "kitchen install date" was 8/7/2023. today is 9/4/2024. the sink was incorrectly installed which has caused it to droop and water to splash under my sink. my seam has completely split. I called the company to see if they would come fix it. I was told it would be $275 just to COME TAKE A LOOK. when I was baffled by this, I was told oh it could be $200 instead. LMAO. take your money to any one of the 1000 other granite places that exist and don't get burned like me.
PS this doesn't include the fact that this was the second time they had to install after I had to pay $1600 for a new slab after they completely butchered the seam on the first install

Great experience x4 with these folks. They are reasonable, mostly on time, and have a great attention to detail. This is a great place to look at tile and backsplash options, counter tops, and most other stone, quartz, and granite options available. They have also stood behind their work and corrected any issues without additional cost.

New granite in kitchen & 3 bathrooms. They checked in on us during our project, which is so rare in the construction world, they helped us get a couple of replacement sinks when what we had originally ordered was significantly back ordered, and they finished & got us done faster than they & we originally expected/planned. Happy & grateful customer

Excellent quality and service! I highly recommend Timeless Stone for beautiful countertops and their high degree of professionalism. They have a fantastic selection of all the best countertops out there. You can see large pieces in their yard, instead of only small samples. Their staff is so helpful for recommendations and providing quotes for a range of choices. I love the countertop they installed, it is gorgeous!

My sister recently had granite countertops installed by this outfit in her kitchen in New Jersey. I've viewed the results several times. The installation around the sink was badly measured and badly installed, with a gap along the back wall of up to about 3/8". It's an old house and the edge should have been scribed, but wasn't. Timeless chose to have two sections of the countertop butt directly under the faucet and along the central rim of the twin sink - the weakest part of the whole counter. The joint soon came open, and because the front of the counter was apparently not evenly supported, there is a distinct difference in the level of the countertop at this point, and the surface flexes readily here when weight is applied. Timeless wants my sister to pay for them to come out and remedy this botched job. She does state that she was pleased at the time of purchase with the friendliness and courtesy TImeless showed when choosing the material, but after that point it has been a different story. I think that Timeless may do well with new installations, but I certainly would pick them to do any work in older homes.

This was by far the best experience we have had with a kitchen countertop project! Chris and his staff are exceptional! We had all of our questions answered from start to finish. The installation team was very skillful, knowledgeable, and careful with their work. We will definitely be back for future projects and will refer all of our family and friends!

From the moment we started our granite countertop search to complete installation, the service we received from Chris and his entire team was beyond exceptional.
