“If. you want great lumber at an honest and fair price--this is the place. I've purchased a lot of Walnut boards for making shelves, cabinets, and a bar. Zach has always honest and fair in providing me lumber. I'm also a bowl turner so when I need cherry, walnut, and maple cut in a particular way for turning, Heacock Lumber rose to the challenge and really provided great wood at a very good value. Good hard wood is not cheap. If you want to be treated as you would treat others, this is the place.”

“Kris the manager went above and beyond helping me straighten out a hot water heater situation that was a bad purchase on my part. Really, Rheem should be ashamed of themselves for selling The Gladiator heater to begin with. Kris had everything ready to get credit back on my credit card and purchase another model when he very easily could have made me go through store credit route and and wait for the difference to eventually show back up on my credit card. I appreciate his effort in making the entire night mare of a situation slightly easier. I'm going to have HOT WATER TODAY!!!!”

“Yet another great Lowe’s experience. The complete opposite of the Quakertown team. Woody was beyond exceptional and exceeded our needs. Woody was qualified and knew what he was talking about. He assisted in cutting 250!!!!!!!!! Feet of electrical wire. He went out of his way to help us and made our experience great. He reassured us that it was not “time consuming” (like the Quakertown team referred to it). He instead referred to it as “fun”. A great man who refers to his job as fun. “DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT. They use RAS, which I'm almost sure their "big box" competitor does also. I've had more appliances damaged in delivery from RAS, then delivered without issue. Some were three deliveries to get me an appliance without a scratch, ding, dent. PLEASE put the extra money out and go to an independent dealer. “Kitchen remodel major renovation! I cannot say enough good things about the designer, Amy, and the contractor, Steve. Absolutely awesome! However, customer service at Lowes another subject. Always put on hold, never any true answers. Spent over $40,000 on a new kitchen, so happy with the result thanks to Amy and Steve. Couple of issues including one with new electric, had problems shortly after install that were promptly fixed. Now that it has been several months over a year (warranty) electric issues again. Call to Lowes on a Sunday after waking up to no electric, I am told they cannot help me since it is over a year! Asked to speak to manager, told no manager on duty. Really?! No manager?! Told I would have to pay for electrician for their faulty install! Contacted contractor who promptly fixed the problem! Steve is beyond awesome! So, kudos to designer and contractor, beware customer service, no help at all. Be prepared to be frustrated but ask for Amy and Steve to outweigh customer service!”
