I was dreading having people come out to give an estimate. Mostly, the fear of feeling pressured. Out of the three estimates, Bath Max treated us like peopleMy mother is handicap I needed our current tub to be turned into a walk-in shower for her. Jimmy from Bath Max allowed us to talk and he was natural. Everyone else was scripted and everyone else played the discount game as if they left, so did the deal.The job was done extremely well and exactly what my mother needed. I thank everyone at Bath Max. I ask for a bathroom remodeling. everything was wrong. it was so bad they had to visit again and fix everything the mess the first guys did. and still wasnt done right. no recommendations sorry no stars

i contracted to have my average bathroom remodeld. i applied for a loan. its not even worth a 1000.00, everything remodeld anything and everything was very poorly done. its horrible distroyed. i give your company not even a one star. i will never recommend anyone to your company.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I was waiting until a year after the installation to see how things held up before writing review. Jim, the design consultant, was professional, honest and knowledgeable. He completely spelled things out, and there were no surprises. They were competitively priced and did phenomenal work. A year later, the shower is still beautiful and it is obvious of the quality of the work. I would highly recommend them.Service: Shower refinishing

We had a wonderful experience with Bath Max. Although I will admit the sticker shock was there for a bathtub to shower conversion, everything turned out wonderful and we are so happy with our end product. Jimmy the sales guy was upfront and easy to work with. Vince kept us up to date constantly with everything. The communication was great. The owner, Wayne, was onsite to assist the installer which was impressive. Our bathroom looks beautiful and is everything we wanted and more! Thank you Bath Max team!Services: Fan installation

One of the most important steps prior to remodeling any part of your home is: Education! As a first time homeowner, I had no clue beyond YouTube as to what goes into bathroom remodeling. Enter Jimmy from BathMax! An industry professional who actually takes time to educate his customers from budget to bolts then aesthetics. He didn't try to glamour me. He was honest, professional ad shot straight from the hip. He explained the process thoroughly. He wasn't rude, condescending, or annoyed by my questions and notetaking. That meant everything, especially after a very bad encounter earlier in the week from another "popular" bathroom remodeling outfit. After working through the particulars including costs and timeline, he didn't pressure me and he wasn't rude. Needless to say, Jimmy is my guy and BathMax is the outfit I'm going with to complete my bathroom remodel.If you see this Jimmy, thank you so much. I have to say that we first had sticker shock, as we didn’t know that bathrooms cost that much for just a tub and vanity. That being said, the workers who came were friendly , professional, and hard working. They did a beautiful and immaculate job. Even after they were finished, when we had one concern, they came back the next day and address it. I’d definitely recommend Bath Max to others. High quality done right.Services: Bathtub installation

We contracted with Bath Max to remodel a small bath with a stall shower based on reviews. The sub contractor said the job will take 3 days. The first day work was done well. The afternoon on the 2nd day,witch was a Friday they made a decision to finish that day.They became careless. Clean up was minimal with cigarette butts in the lawn and driveway.Based on pictures Wayne offered to come and fix the problems. We declined based on the fact the items were glued in place. Wayne did give was a token refund however we are left with a substance red job.Service: Remodeling

I recently moved into a new place and knew that the first thing that needed to go was the gross tub/shower combo in the master bathroom. I looked through so many reviews and saw BathMax was quality. I was not disappointed. The guys were very easy going through the whole process and I was grinning ear to ear once the work was done. Do yourself a favor, and contact this company if you are doing a bathroom or tub/shower remodel. They earned my business with the best quote but impressed me with their professionalism and integrity. The finished product looks terrific! Everyone that I dealt with was courteous and professional. (From Vince who scheduled and followed up, to Jimmy who provided a no nonsense, no pressure project quote, to Chris & Zach who did the amazing , quality install, and to Wayne (the owner) who came by to make sure I was satisfied (and to make sure his employees had everything they needed). Great Company! Had several other quotes but BathMax provided the best quote. Everyone that I dealt with was very professional. The finished job looks terrific. There's a reason why they have stellar reviews and no BBB complaints! If you are considering redoing your bathroom or have a tub/shower remodel, do yourself a favor and contact them for a quote. More than likely, you'll find yourself amazed at the experience and be writing a review on them like me.
