The customer service was terrible. I called in to ask if I could replace some parts that were missing( 6 Bolts ). The operator said the part you got doesn't come with bolts. I told her I received two instead of 8, and she kept shouting at me no, it doesn't come with Bolt, and I need the bolt. I need to contact their supplier and complain to me. If I need to get the supply, I should skip the V-store together and save money.
If I could have less than one star, I would have -10

My son and I Stopped in the store since we are local. Misty and another girl was there in their little office with two big black dogs, which I'm afraid of dogs unfortunately. They laughed at me and thought it was funny and said why would you knock on a business door. Totally rude and should definitely work on some manners. Their hospitality was not cool. Love VW's but would not recommend the store! I don't like to give my business to ignorant people. Went to ask her if she worked on BMWs and she cut me right off and treated us like we were idiots or something, very odd experience! Oh well that's peanut brain people for you. Definitely don't recommend, by your parts elsewhere.

Misty is super helpful and they have a ton of stock for your old air-cooled VW. Also it’s always nice to be greeted by friendly shop dogs!I highly recommend.
