I would like to recognize Assistant Manager Jacob for his friendliness and extreme helpfulness in helping me find a missing package that I had dropped off at this store on 4/23/24 to ship out Fedex. I had talked to the store manager 2 weeks ago regarding this and she was very rude and not helpful at all and blamed it all on Fedex. Jacob actually found my package on 5/13/24 as it was still at the Dollar General store. Thank you Jacob! You deserve to be Manager!

Just shopped and went to the self checkout to find every register out of order and no employees anywhere. Could have stolen the stuff but just left without it. Waste of time.

Reviews say that employees are rude. Woman working this morning was very kind and helpful. Most customers greeted her by name! 4/5 because the online inventory count was wrong and I was unable to get the item I came in for

Changing my 5 star to a 1 star. They essentially only have self checkouts that don't accept cash properly. Bring back normal checkouts, this is horrible.

The hours on Google and on the store doors clearly say they are open until 10pm. I got there at exactly 9:48 and there was this lady Erica standing at the entrence blocking me from getting in. I only wanted to get one thing. She said the registers were closed, but i saw people in the store. How were they going to check out if the registers were closed? I would like upper management to know about this. I have a picture that is time stamped and dated. I am going to try to contact corporate. This is not right. I was 100% within my rights to enter that store when i did.

Prices on the shelves are regularly incorrect by significant margins and Wal-Mart has better pricing on almost everything that isnt a DG exclusive (which isn't a lot or anything special). Nice to have something closer to home, but they should really change the name cause this isn't a budget store anymore, just a lower quality one. Only recommend going if absolutely necessary, or very few items are needed. We need something better than this for local shopping in the Drums area.

All you can eat and drink as your going from aisle to aisle. So nice that they put out snacks and beverages for your eating and drinking pleasure. Highly recommend this fine store and thoughtful employees.
