I went there to buy a car, and the owner was busy with a car auction he was buying from. No problem, I don't mind waiting. He then rushed me when I was explaining my needs in a vehicle, and laughed when I asked to look at a gmc Yukon XL and told me it was "pretty expensive."He decided it was appropriate to talk about money before even letting me look into a car. Then, handed me the keys and told me to go look at the Chevy suburban, without coming out with me. The battery was dead and the windshield was broken. Noticed a major misogynistic attitude, while I was there. Then, as soon as I left and a man came to the lot, he was out in the lot trying to sell.Went to Independence Toyota instead and received much better service.

If you are desperate for a vehicle than its the place to buy a vehicle from.I bought a 03 chevy tahoe n found out the cluster was changed in the dash. The same vehicle was smashed how many times.Thw vehicles are rigged together just too sell.I bought a 2011 chevy tahoe just recently & its all pieced together. They know things are wrong with the vehicle but they still will sell it without them telling u whats wrong with the vehicle. Never again will i buy from butler valley sales.

No haggling, no pressure - I was simply able to provide an idea of what I was looking for with an acceptable price range within my financial comfort zone. The staff presented me with multiple options and I'm very proud to say I received the best bang for my buck and have NO hesitation about recommending this dealership to anyone. Especially, when they returned WELL after THEIR normal operating hours to meet my needs to finalize the delivery of the purchased vehicle!!!
