Tried other shops and they weren't reliable and honest about there products. Primal has been upfront about the good and the bad with the Cig-Vap Transition for my mom and education for me. “They come through super clutch every time I've ever used them. I recently started using puffco products, and my atomizer broke. I knew they sold puffco rigs, but did not think they had all the accessories you need as well, and they were fully stocked!! I thought for sure it would have been more money to buy the puffco there than ordering online, but I highly regret not using them as they offer the same price as puffco and stand by their products! As a local, this is hugee!! Instead of waiting until the wknd to use my peak again, it's back in action better than ever with a new atomizer and dish at the best price possible. They have a wide selection of all e rigs and lots of other cool stuff! Best in the Roxborough/ manayunk area! “I came here for the first time. I had trouble with my phone. They offered to help me and see what was the issue. The phone was not responding to my touch. They opened it and said that one of the cables were loose. And they tighten it up. I asked them how much they said. It's ok. And that they did not do much. Very respectful.”
