“Service was great, and I didn’t have to wait to be serviced. Word to the wise: NEVER PROCRASTINATE DURING CHRISTMASTIME! I was worried that the package would not get to its destination on or before Christmas Eve, but this location exceeded my expectations. I shipped my package last Saturday morning, and the package got to its destination today! I know going further, especially around Christmastime, to never wait until the last minute to ship packages and pay a lot in shipping fees, but to me, it was worth it. I appreciate the effort that it took to get my package delivered on time and I will use that location in the future.”

“I have had positive experiences in campus copy for 1 1/2 years. Matt the owner always has a big smile on his face. All the employees are professional, they have always gone above & beyond to help me & other customers. I'm a US VETERAN with PTSD, I never had a bad experience in campus copy in 1 1/2 years. I had a book printed out at campus copy, the staff did a phenomenal job ! The prices are fair, the employees are courteous & friendly. ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN PROFESSIONAL WITH ME FOR 1 1/2 YEARS ! When I read negative reviews I feel angry because I know the staff at Campus copy are professional, knowledgeable & courteous. I invite everyone to come to campus copy.

“Navis Pack & Ship is by far the only packing and shipping company that you need to call for any move. The owner, Peter, was willing to take my call himself and answer all of my detailed questions that were I am sure juvenile to him. As a mother of four young children who had only 2 weeks to pack up a 4000 square foot home and ship to Hong Kong, Navis went above and beyond continuously for me and both Peter and his employees stayed patient and professional with me throughout the entire process. They even went as to have several employees stay overtime on a Saturday to wait for me to arrive with some last minute things that I had forgot to include for packaging. When my husband called Peter to explain the situation, he was happy to accommodate us and held his staff there for us. Navis also did not ask for payment until the protective crating was complete and when it was time to pay, the amount was in the range that we had been quoted AND well BELOW the other quotes we had received. The funny thing is that we actually called Navis TWO days before we needed to schedule and they came through for us without any obnoxious fees for the last minute scheduling. These guys work around the clock, are reasonably priced, are easy to reach anytime and are extremely dedicated and honest in their business practices. I have never taken the time to review a company before but they did such a great job for me that I decided to make them my first. I know how stressful a big move can be so if you need a personal reference before booking Navis, call them and ask Peter to give you Angie's email address, I will be happy to give you advice and details regarding a huge, crazy, international move that they made AMAZING!

“My experience in shipping a grandfather clock across the US with TSI was favorable. Total time from AZ to PA was a little over a month (that included the holiday season) and I received e-mails giving me status reports of its progress. I received two calls in advance (one to set up a time for delivery and another to confirm the day prior) and the gentlemen who delivered it were considerate and careful. The service is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. As for the less favorable reviews, the shipping process is always fraught with peril and only as strong as its weakest link.”

“I walked to this store from the Element/W hotel. A very nice lady helped me and had a successful transaction.
One thing I learned was that the online rates are different from the in store rates. If you print the mailing labels at home, you can drop them off at the nearest UPS Store.
The package arrived earlier than the delivery date which was fantastic.”
“I needed ink cartridges for an older model printer. Sales associate Liam offered his assistance. He found the correct cartridges and helped me place the order on the Staples online site. He also advised me there was a 25% rewards coupon available and helped to set me up in the Staples rewards program. Liam was knowledgable, professional and patient. “Went to FedEx for some important prints for a work event. It was a quick turnover and I needed it completed next day. The manager Toni called me to make sure the order was understood and was extremely detailed to make sure everything was completed to standard and on time. When I went in for pick up, Toni went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! She was amazing and even recut some of the items to make sure they were exactly what was needed. I didn’t ask her to do all these things, but she was so detailed and truly wanted to make sure the order was perfect. “I go out of my way to come to this post office. It’s had plenty of parking and if you’re someone like me who is busy and always shipping packages they have a bin you can just place them in. Easy in and out 1,2,3. Also the staff is always friendly and fast. Unlike other post offices, such as Springfield, they are quick with their counter service and packages always start tracking right away.”
