“I have used them for years and I highly recommend them. They're very very good helpful. They will pack your package for you and just very helpful with some things that was difficult to return when I was trying to send a return and that they have their email there and you're trying to get it to come through sometime that difficult so I would recommend if you have anything like that. Also email your own email, so you know when it comes through, then go because if you go there ahead of time- I think something about the building-- it doesn't always come through that way at first ---you have to give it more time!! they have been in business many years and they have great experience, and the owner is from Springfield and grew up here!!”

“These guys were great. SUPER fast, super friendly, and super communicative - which is always important when you're trying to get precious cargo delivered! They also went above and beyond for me, not only accepting my particular requests for what I needed shipped, but then waiving some of the additional fees without even telling me. It wasn't until weeks later I realized they charged me less and it was a nice surprise compared to the usual bad surprises with shipping! 100% recommend them, and love how much they genuinely care about what they do. Thank you so much, guys!”

“My experience in shipping a grandfather clock across the US with TSI was favorable. Total time from AZ to PA was a little over a month (that included the holiday season) and I received e-mails giving me status reports of its progress. I received two calls in advance (one to set up a time for delivery and another to confirm the day prior) and the gentlemen who delivered it were considerate and careful. The service is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. As for the less favorable reviews, the shipping process is always fraught with peril and only as strong as its weakest link.”

One thing I learned was that the online rates are different from the in store rates. If you print the mailing labels at home, you can drop them off at the nearest UPS Store.
The package arrived earlier than the delivery date which was fantastic.”

He also advised me there was a 25% rewards coupon available and helped to set me up in the Staples rewards program. Liam was knowledgable, professional and patient. “I have nothing but positive things to say about this UPS Store. It is convenient and organized, and the staff are knowledgeable and accommodating. It is the most efficient UPS Store I have ever used in any city and state I have ever lived in. The store manager, Shirley, works miracles daily to keep their lines down! I am in there often making returns (Amazon Prime member here), and I have never waited longer than five minutes when Shirley was there (and my line placement was at the front door once!).I will be moving soon; it made me realize I have taken my local UPS Store for granted. “Went to FedEx for some important prints for a work event. It was a quick turnover and I needed it completed next day. The manager Toni called me to make sure the order was understood and was extremely detailed to make sure everything was completed to standard and on time. When I went in for pick up, Toni went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! She was amazing and even recut some of the items to make sure they were exactly what was needed. I didn’t ask her to do all these things, but she was so detailed and truly wanted to make sure the order was perfect. I was so grateful for her and for making the experience a five star experience from start to finish. I will only go here from here on out. Thank you Toni!!”
“I worked with Navis Pack & Ship out of Philadelphia PA. I shipped an antique corner cabinet that had very delicate glass to Colorado. Everything arrived safely with absolutely no damage. They also quoted a reasonable price. Many of the other shippers I looked into were almost double the price.”

“I go out of my way to come to this post office. It’s had plenty of parking and if you’re someone like me who is busy and always shipping packages they have a bin you can just place them in. Easy in and out 1,2,3. Also the staff is always friendly and fast. Unlike other post offices, such as Springfield, they are quick with their counter service and packages always start tracking right away.”
