“I would like to take the time to thank the Acting Postmaster, Joel, for being kind enough to track my package which went all over Delaware County. Thank you so much.”
“I walked right in late on a Friday and Denise greeted me with a big smile! I had two heavy boxes that she shipped out. She is truly a wonderful lady and extremely helpful. The post office was clean, no line, well stocked.”
“The best postal office, the staff is always friendly and helpful! I've also noticed sometimes I'll receive shipping adjustments for overpayment, not sure if this is automatic or someone there is going out of their way to do that. Either way ??”
“Doug is absolutely the best. From Prospect but will always go to Norwood. He is not only very polite and super helpful but his funny personality just makes my day! Way to go Doug, keep doin what you do dude!!!?”

“The attendance here are extremely professional courteous and they work extremely efficiently and could not have a better local post office always a quick experience the postal employees are very knowledgeable sometimes the lines a little too long the hours should be a little longer especially on Saturday maybe difficult for some to find who are local to Essington”
“I come here often, sometimes multiple times a week to ship out packages. I sell things online and have yet to get my hands on a printer for my labels—so they‘re able to scan a QR code from my phone and print out my prepaid labels for me! They’re always nice and quick. Only negative is sometimes i’ll walk all the way there and they’ll have a sign on the door that they’re closed early, or only open limited hours that day. However it’s the same with the Secane office. Staffing issue maybe? Still 5 stars :)”

“This is the best post office ever. From my mailman to the kind people in the office, Morton really lucked out with this group of people. My mail is ALWAYS delivered in a timely manner and I have never had an issue in the 10+ years I have lived here. Thank you Morton Post office for a job well done!”
“I love this quaint little post office branch. It has a truly hometown neighborhood feel. And, there is rarely more than a 2-3 minute wait, even on an afternoon. The clerks inside -- (dare I call them "clerks" ??) are down to earth and approachable, always friendly and welcoming, adding that rare human/personal touch to their face-to-face interactions with customers. They greet you when you arrive and smile and say "goodbye, have a good day" when you leave. These may seem like simple facts but they make all the difference. If you've ever stood in a post office line for what seems like 20 minutes behind 6-7 other customers, only to encounter a robotic grump behind the counter, that can be a very irritating, aggravating experience. Merion Station is a little slice of heaven, where kindness, friendliness, and efficiency are the standard. Thank you, Merion Station Post Office!”
“The best service from any post office I’ve ever been to. Every time I’m there, it’s some of the kindest, friendliest, and most efficient people working. I used to be stressed out having to go mail a package, but everyone here makes it pleasant and easy.”

“Unlike many other depressingly-designed shoebox post offices, this one is a throwback to when we actually believed architecture mattered in America. Friendly staff.”
“This post office is great- especially John and Bea, who work the counter. It’s a shame to see how the postmaster general (DeJoy) is decimating the USPS and making it hard for workers and customers alike. Still, best post office in the city with the nicest employees who are doing the work and facing all kinds of structural constraints.”
“Amazing notary mail, everything you need. Highly recommend!! You get the sense that small businesses like this barely exist anymore but this one is great so support it!!”
“I echo Tom Schaeffer’s thoughts: Very nice people and great customer service. To the knuckle dragger complaining about their "tax dollars at work". The USPS is self sufficient, their revenue is generated from postal fees. They have survived despite congress forcing them to fund 75 years of future pension payments, unheard of in the private sector. It's a national treasure that should be supported with our tax dollars if need be. Both UPS and FedEx have lost my packages in the past and I would love to see either of them deliver a standard envelope across the country, to a rural address, for 51 cents. The lowest rate they have is for a business envelope at $8.90.”
“Very pretty and cozy USPS with a very convenient parking space and location. One of its staffs were very kind and patience when I kept asking questions and helps to make decisions and completing packaging.
Just one thing...its inside has only two desks so it might get too busy for the peak seasons...”
“They always provide great service. I went there recently and the gentleman who helped me was so helpful and personable-- makes going to the post office a pleasure instead of a hassle.”
“I'm a West Chester transplant to this PO. Stopped by at lunch on a Tuesday. The location is reasonably convenient to the highway. There was no line and the two women working the counter both seemed friendly. The one who helped me was friendly and helpful. I had to do a written form to put a hold on my mail due to the situation (super not thrilled about that) but overall my positive experience was the opposite recent reviews. Heard it might be 10 months til Airport Rd is reopened. :-(”
“Been coming here for years and have always had the pleasure of the same experience from the lovely lady up front. She’s always been very helpful with everything, opening PO Box, helping save money, etc. Thank you Ms. Lady that I’ve spoken to each and every time I’ve come in but I still don’t know her name”
“This post office seems to always be busy. It is efficiently run and kept clean, although the very nice lady behind the counter is rather slow and methodical. Allow at least 20 minutes to transact business at the counter.”

“I went to this location and was in and out. No one arguing, kids misbehaving, no wait I line. I live closer to Bywood location and was there at 8:45 and they were still not open. It's convenient for me location wise, but I'd go the extra mile to
Haverford.”
“Very quiet post office so I like to go there and get in and out. The workers are very friendly! They are closed for lunch from 1:00 - 2:00 so you need to plan around that. 5 stars!!”
“I have always found this post office and Tony my mail carrier to be efficient and pleasant. Most of the posted low ratings are about passport services not normal post office business.”
“I go out of my way to come to this post office. It’s had plenty of parking and if you’re someone like me who is busy and always shipping packages they have a bin you can just place them in. Easy in and out 1,2,3. Also the staff is always friendly and fast. Unlike other post offices, such as Springfield, they are quick with their counter service and packages always start tracking right away.”
