I love this place. The owners are on site, and are very helpful. All of their machines are working, and I watch the owner maintaining the washers and dryers. Definitely a good place to go to do your laundry.

So my rating went from a 3 to a 1 over the course of a year. This place is literally WILD. When washing my clothes the timer had the correct time, I put timer on my phone the washer literally washed my clothes for 10 minutes or less....... I still had 23 minutes on my timer from the time I walked out, the guy is going to talk about that's how much water is in there...... no dude, you know your dead wrong. Bathroom is "out of order" but it's really not they don't want anyone to use it. Machines are super old. It never dries my clothes properly and they have no problem taking your money. This is exactly why I stopped coming here, I guess I'll walk an extra mile just to use a different location because this just isn't it. Please beware especially if you leave to sit outside or in your car, put timers on your phones and check your machines 8 minutes before they go off.

Told me I come too much just for the dryer. I will not be returning. I don’t understand the issue if you have to pay to dry. There’s a nicer laundromat up the road, bigger and cleaner.

I gave 1 star because I couldn’t give zero. Racist establishment. I only went because my dryer broke and needed to dry my kids school clothes. They told me a couldn’t try because I didn’t wash them there. Then change his tune when my husband walked through the door with another basket. Saying his boss don’t want any waahong without drying

I am actually surprised this place doesn’t have higher reviews. I have been intermittently using the drop off service for about three years and I recommend it to everyone - the price, turn around time, folded clothes, and pleasant demeanor of the owners that run the place are exactly what I’m looking for - between getting my time back and not having to do my laundry, and getting to give my money to small business owners, this is the place.

This is maybe my 3rd/4th time washing clothes here and I rather not. I only use them because of my work schedule. I see a lot of people saying the place is clean. Define clean? Because it is not clean. Okay there is no trash on the floor… but the place is old and ALL 6 washers I used had a bunch of build up of other people’s detergent and fabric softener. The bathroom was out of service, so I couldn’t wash my hands when detergent got on my hands.
Also the dryers DONT REALLY WORK. I had to put 10 quarters in one dryer to dry my clothes and that’s after moving them from another dryer. I don’t complain though.
However there was another lady there washing clothes and she told the tenant there that she put in over an hours worth of quarters to dry her clothes, and her clothes were still wet. She asked him could he restart her dryers and compensate since the dryer wasn’t working and he told her the dryer was working. It was that she had too many clothes inside of the dryer. I saw how much clothes she had in there and it was a normal amount. His tone towards the lady was very rude.
Lastly, it was about 815 and he told me that he closes at 8:30. I mentioned that the sign says 9 PM and online says 9 PM and his rebuttal was that there wasn’t enough people in the laundromat. BUT IM THERE. So he kept hovering near me trying to rush me. Not cool at all.
Please just go somewhere else. I will continue to go back to Gearys on Garrett Rd.

Bathroom is off limits. Freezing in the winter, scorching hot in summer. The Chinese music is played over and over and ... driving me up a wall. Should not be subjected to hear it over and over and....

Washing machines do not wash well, dryers do not dry well. Too bad they should change all more machines. Clothes washers and dryers don't work well .. Please change the machine..

Require you to use washer and dryer. If you have a washer and want to dry your clothes here. Don’t even waste your time. They have a sign saying you must use both. It is clean, but should be for their prices.

Place is very clean and the service is efficient! I come to do my laundry on the weekdays and am always able to find a washer/ dryer right away to use. If you’re tight on time they can also help you wash and fold, I did it once on a weekend and the cost was reasonable and was also able to pick it up that night! Highly recommend checking out this laundromat!
