Fine Wine & Good Spirits #2331 is always clean. The workers are pleasant and always ask if you need assistance. The store is always stocked. It is not a huge store compared to other locations but it has an excellent selection of imported wines. Staff are always friendly. As a Pennsylvania liquor store, prices are consistent with other stores. The location in Pilgrim Gardens has many traffic rules: one way, no left turn, no right turn, and you can only park in certain areas for certain stores, which is confusing. Some reviewers note a low rating, but the store has a great wine selection. The special wine area behind glass doors and the glass wall holds better stuff that is reasonably priced, offering off the wall varietals on sale to expand your palate. A cashier was not very friendly and could be rude, but overall the shop is fine.
A thoroughly strange experience that I haven't had since the early 90s. Other than that it's just a shop that sells alcohol. It was clean no sign of recently being abandoned and seemed fully functional
