Popped in for 2 small bouquets for our granddaughters' dance recitals. I could see that the young lady was busy, but she helped us quickly and made us beautiful and inexpensive arrangements. Most places would have made us come back in an hour or 2, but she helped us on the spot. Since we have 4 granddaughters nearby, we will be using this business often. (We'll try to plan better and call ahead next time).

My mother ordered an arrangement for the house for my sister’s wedding and not only did they call back multiple times because they didn’t understand what we wanted, but when we went to pick up this fairly expensive order they had completely lost it. Horrible customer service, horrible communication, and never would’ve happened at Farrells.

Today, I called and ordered my Aunt flowers for her birthday and asked for a Christmas style. They delivered this beautiful sleigh holding Christmas style flowers - today! My Aunt loves it and was so happy. Quick delivery and beautiful flowers!

Not only did they fulfill their delivery ahead of schedule, but they also managed to ease my biggest concern—sending delicate orchids across the country.Living far from my loved one, I couldn't help but worry about the flowers arriving in perfect condition. To my amazement, the recipient called to express their heartfelt thanks, and I was on the edge of my seat as they unveiled the beautifully unharmed orchid. I don't live local but have used them several times to order flowers for my grandmother. Not only am I told the flowers arrangements are beautiful, but my grandmother made a point to tell me how kind the delivery person is. Great business that I am thankful to use.

We Recently experienced a tragedy and we had to reach out to the community for help. That day I called EIGHT local florists, Tim was the ONLY florist to step up to the plate and extend not only a hand but his heart. We cannot thank you enough for restoring our faith in not only humanity but the community as well. The arrangement that Farrell's put together for us was more than we ever imagined!! I live in San Francisco, and our friend's mom died. She lived in Drexel Hill, so I came to Yelp to find a florist. Tim was extremely friendly, helpful and receptive to my request. He helped me navigate the process, he helped me identify a price that would make for a wonderful arrangement. We received word from the family that they were very touched by the flowers. They also said it was stunning. Thank you so much for your assistance. It's so difficult to make these kind of arrangements across the country, and Tim made it seamless. And I look like a rockstar. ;)
