“Two words come to mind when I think of the folks at Ludlow Auto - kind and efficient. A few months ago, I came in to get a broken mirror looked at. I wasn’t able to return to get it fixed right away, but when I called to reschedule months later, the staff remembered me and was able to get me in the next day. Each time I’ve been in the shop everyone has been personable and knowledgeable, helping me to understand the issues and carefully walking me step by step through the work they’re doing. They fixed my mirror in about 20 minutes and I’m extremely happy with the work they did. I HIGHLY recommend Ludlow Auto for all of your auto needs. They are the best!”

Not only did they get everything done on time, they made it so easy and were so friendly PLUS they washed the car inside & out! They even buffed the headlights clear! This is a 2008, so the headlights were kinda dingy and foggy and they look brand new now. I highly recommend them! Sadly, I've had to use Auto Service Collision Center a few times but I wouldn't take my cars to any other body shop in the Tri-State Area. 5 star customer service!!
