“I have been to this Truist Bank location in West Deptford several times. There is a teller there and her name is Carol and she is great! I have been there while she has had to help people with problems and she always helps them. I have had no problems since BB&T changed to Truist. The change was easy. I also use the branch in Mullica Hill and going there has worked well too. The tellers there are also good and I’m sure they could help with any problem but as I said initially Carol is exceptional.”

“I closed my Visa today due to the card being charged for late payments (I considered to be an inactive card, but old accounts were charging to it).The rep could have judged me for owing money on the account and closing the card, but instead made me feel very comfortable with the process. “Long time Capital One Customer, First time in a Capital One Cafe. I stumbled upon this location while walking around Center City in Philly. Everyone is welcome wether you bank with capital one or not. But for the Capital One card holder's, it's 50% off any handcrafted beverages. The cafe has two floors -- First floor has a huge space to hang out, chill and recharge. The second Floor has a more quiet vibe perfect for reading, studying, or doing some computer work. They serve handcrafted coffee and Teas from Verve Coffee Roasters. I ordered the Honey Lavander Latte, and it was perfect! They have a few small bites in the menu including pastries, fresh fruit, and parfaits. I gotta say there Customer service here is superb. Everyone is so welcoming, everybody that walks in is greeted with a smile.”
