I've been a Wells Fargo customer for many years, but I don't think I'll ever return to this particular branch until they replace the branch manager. There was a customer ahead of me, and I quickly realized why she was irritate. The branch manager doesn't know how to speak professionally to the customers. He was very rude.

ghost town. for a reason. teller would not make change for an account holder, stating if its for business purposes I have to have a business account. lousy and thoughtless service.

I recently visited the Wells Fargo Bank in Dresher, PA on 01/12 with my son to open a teen account. Pinakin assisted us and began the account creation process, informing us that it would take 30-45 minutes. However, our experience took an unexpected turn when a new set of customers entered the branch around 3:40. Pinakin briefly attended to them and then abruptly informed us that he could no longer assist us, asking us to schedule another appointment for the following week. This sudden change left us feeling disregarded and inconvenienced, especially as my son's account could not be created as planned.What disappointed me even further was the conflicting information provided by Pinakin. He initially suggested that someone else could help us, only to retract this offer minutes later. This inconsistency added to our frustration and left us with a negative impression of the service provided.As a result of this experience, I am completely dissatisfied and unlikely to return to this branch in the future. I also regretfully cannot recommend this branch to family and friends based on the treatment we received.I hope that the management of Wells Fargo Bank will take this feedback seriously and address the issues we encountered to ensure that other customers do not experience similar disappointments in the future.

Let me share the terrible experience I had at the Wells Fargo bank at the Dresher, branch in Pennsylvania. I called the branch to inform them I wanted to withdraw a large sum of money from my account, and if I needed to make an appointment. The gentleman who answered the phone transferred my call to the teller, she said I couldn’t take that sum of money out unless I gave her a reason, and transferred my call to the branch manager, now the manager tells me, what’s the reason you have for taking that money out! I said I didn’t have to give you a reason to deposit the money, I said, I need the money, she said that wasn’t a good enough reason. Then, she said we don’t carry that amount of money here, we will call you whenever we get some money into the bank! I said what are you kidding me. I immediately called customer service and told them that I needed the money and I’m having trouble taking my own money out! Customer service called around different branches and found a branch that could accommodate me. My goodness it was not that much money I was taking out! Besides the branch manager could’ve done the same thing, customer service was doing.I went to the branch that customer service told me to visit so they could assist me with my transaction. When the lady assisting started putting or trying to put my money in a white envelope and it wouldn’t fit, I said, well can you get me one of your zippered small deposit bags. She looked at me and said, we don’t have any here. I went to 5 different branches and not one was able to give me one (Wells Fargo deposit bag)I was so annoyed and frustrated with the whole ordeal!! I withdrew my money out!!! According to customer service they wrote down my concern,but, I never received a follow! Shame on you!!! I just don’t want to associate with a bank that is unfriendly, not professional, has no customer service skills, and is not accommodating to it’s customers at all.

Worst bank and worst branch! I've been a customer for many years and have 3 different Business accounts with Wells Fargo, I put millions of dollars though these accounts every month. I went into this branch today to get a simple cashiers check, they refused to give me the check because they didn't like my New York driving license, they also refused to give me cash or wire the money for me. They kept me there for over an hour before actually telling me they weren't going to give me my own money, they embarrassed me in front of my client. I was extremely patient but they completely wasted my time and I lost a very serious deal because of their sheer incompetence and negligence. The branch manager (Kerry Ann) had apparently left for the day and even when she eventually called into the branch she was extremely rude and actually called the Police on me! I was appalled at my treatment and will be closing my accounts tomorrow morning, I will also be seeking legal advice on the matter as my rights and reputation were permanently damaged. Nobody should be treated like this by their financial institute, let along a loyal business customer with multiple accounts. I've had my fair share of annoying inconveniences with this bank over the years but to call the police on a customer because they don't know how to verify a driving license is just outrageous. Most bank branches these days are a massive headache with zero power to do anything, but this branch and bank are the absolute worst, no wonder this company is crumbling ... SHAME ON YOU WELLS FARGO!

I went in there to withdraw cash but because my ID picture has brown hair and i am now blonde (ever heard of a hair salon) they refused to allow me to withdraw my own funds. Went to a bank down the street and they let me do the transaction in 30 seconds and they laughed at the fact that this happenedAfter reading other reviews, i wouldn’t be surprised if the employees of this branch think UFOs are real since they seek overly paranoid for no reason

Visited the bank on 2/15. The teller was rude and made the experience of making a deposit harder than it needed to be.

Teller was rude and judgmental would not do his job although we had the proper identification and paperwork. Had to drive to the nearest other Wells Fargo where they immediately completed the transaction.

Long lines. At drive-in as usual.time to open lobby! Americas most inconvenient bank.make. executive's work as tellers to see how alienating their policies are.

I recently had all of my accounts hacked thru no fault of Wells Fargo but rather my own! I was duped pretty badly! That said, the staff at Wells Fargo, Dresher and ALL OF THE WELLS FARGO phone contacts have been incredible. They were so kind and most importantly, protective of my money and a trust fund for my great nephews. I can't begin to tell you how professionally they treated me! Most impressive each and every interaction!!!
