I recently purchased a Christmas centerpiece and it was nothing like the one advertised on their website. It was missing candles, Christmas balls, and it was a different shape. When I asked them to add more candles, Christmas balls and greenery, so it would look elongated and not round, they unreasonably said that my options were to take it as it was or to get a refund. I will never return to this place and will never recommend it to anyone I know. This is very sad as I have been a loyal customer for a couple years, as I support local businesses, but they do not seem to care about their clients.

I recently moved to the area and stopped in to find a last minute gift. Primrose has beautiful flowers and also a great selection of gifts. Maria helped me find the perfect gifts, and she was so kind and friendly. I can't wait to go back!

A great local gift shop. Wonderfully curated selection to choose from at very reasonable price points for hand crafted jewelry and fashion accessories. A very thoughtful staff to boot: On the day before Thanksgiving we received a call late in the afternoon reminding us we had forgotten to pick up the table flower arrangement we had pre-ordered. The staff was kind enough to wait for me to arrive after their closing time and they were very gracious when I finally did arrive. I have worked retail in a previous life and I can assure you it is one thing to do the right thing and go out of your way to help an absent minded customer after closing and another thing entirely to be friendly and warm when you are held up after a very long holiday week catering to the public. Primrose will always be on my list when shopping for the holidays and special occasions .

Primrose has the best flowers and excellent service! My grandmother is 99 years old. She is extremely particular with her flowers. Whenever I order from Primrose, the bouquet is magnificent. I ordered a bouquet of roses for her 99th birthday she still talks about how beautiful they were.On Christmas I ordered another arrangement which she is loving! I do always order the premium because she is worth it, and Primrose goes above and beyond making sure the flowers are perfect. Calling me to alert me of the delivery is helpful.Thanks Primrose!

Great Florist. They always deliver a wonderful product at a reasonable price. I wouldn’t use any other florist. Many of the others just don’t get it tight the was Primrose foes

Primrose has been a staple for flowers and gifts in my little historic town for decades. And, over the years its been my go-to place. Even so what a thrill to receive a beautiful arrangement from my work from Primrose. The colors were fabulous, the flowers were varied and healthy and it lasted nearly three weeks. Really appreciated also the store calling to make sure someone would be home to receive it because they cared enough not to leave them at my door in 90+ degree heat.

I ordered poinsettias for my mother's birthday, and the service was great. The flowers were beautiful. I wanted 3 plants in specific sizes; they made the entire process easy right down to contactlessly putting them in my car.

My family and I have been using Primrose for years. They are all very friendly and have such a cute shop with many great gift options. Their flower arrangements never disappoint and are always beautiful.
