This story is long and involves many visits to the shop but I'll make it short. Susan is nice and seems to work hard to deliver good service to customers. But the techs are not good. I spent in the neighborhood of $5,000 here trying to get a problem fixed that I eventually had to get fixed elsewhere for $500. I figured it out with the help of a Sprinter expert and google. If you need routine service done I am guessing this place is fine but if you have an actual problem you'll need to look elsewhere for expertise. I don't usually post bad reviews but looking back on what I went through it doesn't feel right to not let others know.

Came here because of a small sprinter recall. Susan guided us through the process very professionally. We had another problem with our bumper that another dealership caused, she took care of it with no cost (because she didn’t want us to drive all the way to Lancaster). I was honestly impressed with the quality of service and professionalism.She also notified us that there was another recall on a screw that is used to hold the truck’s hood. She took care of it and fixed it. It’s great to see good customer service..
