“Team at Horsham are very helpful, friendly and professional. Convenient location for in and out, though there is not a drive through. Automatic coin counter has no service fee for members. The covered ATM is available up front, which is also need service fee for members. Intrest rates, loan rates, and sevice fees are very competitive, better than most banks. My only issue is with the functionality of trumarks website, which has been an on going.”

“I have been a very satisfied PNC Bank customer for many years. For about 20 years I have been using the Flourtown, Pa. branch and every time they are always very pleasant and go out of their way to assist a customer. Today, one of the employees, Michelle, at the end of her day, (out in the rain) stopped to help me. My car wouldn't start after I went into the bank to use the ATM~ The battery in my FOB was dead, and I couldn't open it to replace it. Michelle spent a good 15 minutes in the rain and managed to open the little device for me so i could change the battery and my car started. This branch especially is the most caring, considerate, client centered PNC I have encountered~ always going over and beyond and exceeding all expectations. Thank you!”

“This is a great place, regardless of people experinces with the bank as a whole i would like to review the staff team, and it is a team. The people who are there focus on your needs fully before the next person not only fixting issues, but preventing any issues. Truely leading you down the right path for you. And the drive thru is no different. Warm and inviting but mainly they have heart, they are willing to put "bank goals" on the back burner to make sure you are getting whats right for you and your account. Something not found in all branches. The people are pro's in what they do, and it shows. Sometimes it gets busy but thats life, they are worth the wait to have it done right.”

“I have been visiting this bank for about 3 years and the people have always been very helpful and friendly. I don't understand why the negative reviews. There are always going to be lines wherever you go and the lines I've seen here are nothing compare to other banks. The only inconvenience, and it's not that bad, is the parking but I have always been able to find one and I have never needed more than a quarter for parking. Perhaps the people that complaint are the ones with the attitude problem and should look at themselves and learn to be patient. We are living in a world where people are always rushing. Peace be still. I do recommend this bank.”
