I took an LG 48" tv there to be repaired after haven taking it elsewhere twice. The technician took me in right away and he showed me the circuits and explained the issue.From the manufacturer the power supply was never designed for such a load. He installed an upgraded power supply and as of today it is my oldest and best sounding TV today. I will be visiting the shop soon. I have a 50" Vizio that just died.Service: TV repair

Call your uncle jim, or your co worker before calling Superior. Customer service is awful, technician was a few fries short of a happy meal.

TERRIBLE customer service! They sent a 3rd party contractor out to service my dishwasher and busted a water hose that ruined my hardwood floor. When I called, they said it was my problem. Then they said we had to work with the contractor they sent. The receptionist told me she was attorney and they had no obligation to fix problems, it was between me and their contractor. My warranty company is American Home Shield which created the work order with these people.I asked for their company name since American Home Shield setup the appointment, the Attorney/receptionist gave me a bogus name. I searched the phone number and found they were called Superior Electronics.Do NOT do business with these people. They work with 3rd parties, don’t stand behind their work and scream at you the customer when you ask for a resolution.

My home warranty company (AHS) assigned Superior Electronics to me to complete an appliance repair. After the initial diagnosis visit, the technician who came to my home said he would order parts. Since then I have not heard from the company and they have been unreachable by both me and my home warranty company with voicemails left but no return calls. They also sent an electronic message to my warranty company stating the job has been completed. When it definitely has not been. I regret ever paying the $100 fee for this technicians visit, complete waste of my time, energy and money. I would also like to add that my parts were noted to be received by the company one month ago.

We were assigned superior electronics for a dishwasher repair/replace we were having done through our home warranty. Everyone was very nice and Sean knew immediately what was wrong but everything moved at a snails pace. At close to the 2 month mark our work order was canceled for "lack of communication"

I first was introduced to Superior Electronics in 2017 when my ice maker stopped working. Since then, I have personally requested Superior Electronics on 3 separate occasions from 2019 - 2022 through my home warranty company. These were all for separate and unrelated appliance issues. I have never once had an issue with the level of support or communication I have had with them. Their technicians were always knowledgable, respectful of my issues, and completed all repairs in a timely manner. I believe that some people writing negative reviews forget that repair delays are often a result of supply chain issues with replacement parts, lengthy approvals through home warranty companies, etc. And no, I am not a paid reviewer or someone working for the company. I am simple a homeowner that appreciates great service and wish I wrote a review much sooner than now. I would not hesitate to use Superior Electronics for any of my appliance repair needs in the future.

WOW…. Where do I begin? The most awful company with the WORST technicians and customer service. I would urge anyone to not waste a second of your time dealing with them. I don’t know how they are still in business. So many pitiful excuses of why the technicians couldn’t make the jobs on the days/times they were suppose to be there. It’s been almost of month of a new excuse every week and my dryer belt (a $14 part) is still not installed and my tenant without being able to use their dryer. Never again would I use this joke of a company.

To start should've kept my original review. Going to magistrate today to file civil charges against company, daughter Amber Manning and father (owner) Dan Manningwho's got lack of a better work a POS. They originally did a diagnostic fee of $128, said if repairs needed would go towards cost of repairs. After waiting several days their supposed Manager and front desk Kristy who sounds straight out of Jersey Shore, refused to provide the quote which was to be done next day. Hung up, after calling me a F****** C**** The daughter Amber finally called back after stealing the $128.00. Had semi sincere convo that her Father did care and was retiring. She knew girl was a problem and called later to give me a quote of $318 (for parts and labor). Stating "I would not be paying that since the poor service". She assured me she would provide me with proof of cost of parts labor was already paid l. Never did. Come multiple follow ups she tried telling me the cost we would owe would be am additional $203. If you do basic math 128+203= $331. Higher than the original quote plus no back up for what to add to this. Amber then went on to lie and say the actual quote bc "she mispoke" was the 128 in addition to thr $331 price so she was now claiming the full cost was $459. No proof again. When I called back and spoke with "Jersey shore" she told me the cost would be $303 and she discounted... They repairs man showed up and had an invoice for $310. No proof of cost of parts ordered. End story my fridge is still broken which was suppose be the replacement of the ice maker fan, however still broke, they repairman broke a wheel off the drawer and was to have it ordered and replaced. Called this bs place they refused to do anything. JUST AVOID, THEIVES, CON ARTIST AND WILL BE SEEING THEM IN COURT

I’m giving one star because zero isn’t an option. On my delivery day I was told I can get a call as early as 8am to be given a window for the technician to arrive. By 3pm no one called me so I called the office. The lady has horribly rude!! She wouldn’t let me finish even my first sentence without cutting me off. She then told me that I should have called sooner!! Essentially blaming me that their technicians didn’t do their job. After being cut off over and over she began to drop F bombs at me when I asked her to let me get a chance to speak. I have never had an experience this unprofessional with a company ever!!!

Terrible, we are on 2 months of this company trying to repair a washing machine that is 18 months old.1. Miss diagnosed the problem2. Company ordered parts that were defective and didn’t check them until they arrived for the second attempt a repair.3. Secretary won’t schedule a repair untilparts arrive and after 2 no that of no washing machine the firm won’t even order them via over night. Attempted to discuss the possibility of this and she threatened to cancel my repair.4. Company was without phone and internet for nearly 10 days and blamed that for delays.5. Rarely if you ver is there a manager or owner that is available to address issues. They won’t call you back and you just wait u til they are in.This company is supposedly an authorized LG repair service but they are terrible. Everything is an excuse and nothing is done correctly or expeditiously. A week or two is understandable but mistake after mistake and they continue to not even attemptto make it right.

DO NOT USE SUPERIOR ELECTRONICS!! I only wish I had read the PREVIOUS POOR REVIEWS before scheduling. Also do not purchase LOWES APPLIANCE WARRANTIES!! The warranty Company scheduled me with SUPERIOR ELECTRONICS. The first scheduled appointment (appointment 1) never took place because the technician called me and said his daughter was sick and could not come. They rescheduled me for a few days later. The same technician called the day of the appointment (appointment 2) and said he had a flat tire. We offered to pick him up because we knew he was lying and he hung up on us. The third time (appointment 3) we were rescheduled, the technician came out looked at the appliance said he had to order parts. The fourth time (appointment 4) we were scheduled he attempted to fix the dishwasher and was only at my house for 15 minutes and said it was fixed. He was not even out of the driveway before our kitchen started flooding. I called him immediately to come back and he said he was unable to, he had to go to other appointments and that he would be back next week. I contacted his company to see when he was coming and she said he closed the claim out and I would have to start the process all over. They would not assist me or come back even though they flooded my kitchen!!! I contacted Loews and the representative agreed with me that this was a terrible poorly run company and we did not schedule with them again. DO NOT USE SUPERIOR ELECTRONICS!! READ ALL THE POOR REVIEWS ON THEM!!
