Nice little shop. The really cool regular guy was not there, however, Jay was manning the shop in his absence. He's amazing, brilliant, and quite the hookah expert. I've always had great experiences there and keep going back.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a vape shop. Dude with a body cam had an attitude the minute I walked in. He wants to be a police officer in the worst way but probably doesn’t have the mental stability to do so. He also wasn’t knowledgeable at ALL! Didn’t know anything about the products he was selling. Dude is a waste of oxygen.

It’s not very often a place is so bad that you’re shocked. The guy working known as “body cam guy” is possibly the worst store associate on the entire planet, maybe solar system. He was intentionally rude right out of the gate, talked super low, and had a condescending response to every question. He did ID us which is fine, but failed to ID the possible Herion addict and seemed to know exactly what she wanted. If you enjoy having a bad time this is the place to be!

Stopped in to look around. When I pulled into the parking lot the employee approaches the vehicle before I was parked very aggressively to tell me I can't park there it's private property. The guy was obviously agitated and carrying his gun to intimidate people. Stay away and don't waste your money this place is looking for trouble

I will never buy anything here. The clerk was so rude right upon walking in. RUDE. And I will tell everyone I know never to shop here. So much for supporting mom and pop shops. If you don’t like dealing with people get a different job!!! Where you aren’t involved in customer service because YOU are THE woooooorst!!!!

The door has a sign on it that says body camera in use. Ok whatever maybe for security. I walk in and ask if they have elfbars... Weird tweeker looking dudes says "i cant answer any questions till i see ID" ok whatever it is a smoke shop. I try to hold it up and he takes it and holds it in front of him. Hands it back. I make my selection and says he needs my ID back to compare it to my debit card. He makes it a point to hold both cards side by side in front of him so his body camera can record the information. Made me very uncomfortable. I locked my card immediately. I will not be returning. I think its illegal to record ppl's cc info. This shop should be reported

I used to shop there all the time had pretty decent experience but recently the the boy working there has been weird and very rude. I'm taking my business elsewhere and I suggest others do to. He makes you feel like an a****** anyways. Very sad because I go out of my way to shop there and give them my business. No more! I see I'm not the only one who he's been very rude to. With his attitude and the way he treats people I don't see this business ever thriving, maybe the owner will do something about this. He's missing out of a lot of business, especially now that Shop N Go carries Kratom.

I had a similar experience as BILL here horrible customer service ended up getting kicked out while buying the product. Horrible and scary experience and Bill and others he wears a body cam that’s the speaker looking thing.

came in one day me and an older friend automatically got a bad vibe from the employee. he immediately got an attitude because my friend didn't have her I'd. he continued to escalate the situation being extremely rude and unreasonable. when asked how to figure out a product he was short and snippy told me that's what the internet is for. just a completely horrible experience.
