I have been taking my 2 small dogs and/or cats here for about 12 years. Called for nail trims and was told they need a yearly exam first and then I need to schedule another visit for nail trims and they are scheduling for NOVEMBER. The girl who answered the phone after I was put on hold was less than pleasant. These are DOGS not people following up with a PCP. Don't French kiss them if you don't wanna catch something lol. My little chihuahua's nails are curled under and that's my fault but clearly you can't rely on this place. I guess loyalty means nothing any more. Or they consider that grooming not vet care. If they have too many patients maybe they shouldn't overschedule. It's all about the money of which I've spent plenty there. I'll take them to Petco even though I prefer a private vet; it's cheaper anyway. Very displeased. And the fake pandemic is OVER people don't fall for the hype.

I have talked about Dravosburg Veterinary Hospital to every pet owner I know. The thing with that is... They're already clients of y'alls!
The whole staff is professional and caring towards my fur babies, and me. My babies may be nervous going, but I always enjoy being there. My four-legged person's are well maintained by everyone at DVH.
Go. Take your Pets. Get started today. You'll see when you get there. 15/10 Highly Recommend

Amazing, amazing, amazing!! Fantastic experience with this team. Cannot recommend them enough. Truly wonderful people who care for their furry clients with patience and dignity. One never feels rushed and even with delicate issues such as euthanasia, they are professional, caring and thoughtful! Thank you all!

I absolutely really like the staff and Dr. Ariel. However, I cannot continue to sit in my car for 25 minutes waiting to get into the building. My recent visit, I encountered waiting in my car for two consecutive days for 25 minutes each day. Because it is so hot, I am idling my car with the air conditioner on, which is not great for the car. When I call when I arrive, you are still using the pandemic, which is over to not allow people in the building. I simply cannot do this anymore. I hate to stop using a practice that is great because of this ridiculous policy.

I would like to give a shout out to Dr Ariel and her team. They're the most compassionate, friendly and helpful vet I've been going to for many years. Brenda, Julie, Alison, Jackie, Amy and Megan absolutely go above and beyond to meet all my pets needs. I can't thank them enough for all they do. A+++++ 5*****. Very satisfied customer. Highly recommend. Not to mention it's always a pleasure seeing George the in house cat.
