This is literally my neighborhood bank where for the past three decades. Even as it has changed banking houses through multiple mergers, the staff have remained a constant. I have always received courteous, expert advice and service, ranging from personal finance to international transactions to business accounts.

I am a business owner and resident of doylestown and have accounts with many banks in the area. I have never experienced such terrible service at a bank.

I would completely not ever bank here again. I had a large amount invested for over two years and it has been nothing more than a huge headache. They promised me I would have funds available on more than one occasion and everytime I would go there they would have some excuse or problem on their end as to why I couldn't access them. I thought customer service was to bend over backwards and help people but I can truly see now that they don't really care about their customer relationships. I planned on building a future relationship with this bank and had hoped to refer this bank to family and friends but now I wouldn't even consider it. Never!! They lost a good customer and any lasting future relationship that I would ever have with them.Disappointed Frusturated CustomerNicole

I opened a new account in late May2022. As a new account there is a 7-10 day wait for review make sureDeposit clears.Wells Fargo sends me a letter verifying that on June 24th the funds would be available. I go into Doylestown branch complete withdrawal form as well as showing the bank my letter from Wells Fargo.The teller calls the manager who refuses to let me withdraw money,and gives me a hard time claimingFraud? The check deposited was froma known customer who never had an issue. Plus the Warminster Pa. Branch manager claimed the person who wrote the check was telling them the deposited check was a fraud?Followed up person who wrote check was never Called by any bank.I finally got my cash. Terrible people to do business with.

This is the by far the worst bank I have ever worked with. I (unfortunately) have been with this bank for the past 28 years and they have been making a decline over the last 10 years or so. At times I've showed up to cash a check and they don't have cash available. They have closed several times do to so to computer or "system" problems. When I need a notary they charge $30. When you have been with the same bank as long as I have there shouldn't be a charge especially when UPS has one on staff and only charges a few bucks. When you need a banker to talk to - you have to make an appointment well in advance so a banker can see the maybe 2 to 4 appointments that she has booked for the day. Used to be you could walk in and you sat in their lobby and within a few minutes you were able to talk to someone. The list goes on and on with this place and its almost comical at this point. One shining note is the tellers are their only saving grace - always nice to talk to.

This bank is the worst Wells Fargo I have been to. Always a wait and staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. Only one ATM. Avoid this branch

Dropped $50 on the way out. The staff found it, located me, and returned it. This isn't a corporate thing, it's about the integrity and honesty of the people at that branch! Thanks!
