The PEOPLE here are so great. So much better than Plumstead down the road. Worth the extra couple of miles to make the trip. Everyone is so friendly, personable and fast.

I am a senior citizen and was abused by the tellers and manager of this bank. The manager yelled and screamed at me. They refused to take my deposit slip with 2 forms of id. They destroyed my deposit slip and said i have to put in cash back on deposit slip. Then they gave me $2 back instead of my $200. Then the manager told me he was deleting my accounts and was trying to force me inside to delete my accounts while yelling at me. Definitely going to go further with this since wells fargo will not do anything. Stay away from the evil manager and fake tellers at this bank. He will harass, scream and abuse senior citizens.

If I could I would give ZERO stars. Opening a bank account should be done fairly easily and quickly. This branch couldn't even do that with in the same day. We went to the bank on Saturday, they said we need an appointment to open an account. we called again on Monday to get an appointment, we need to wait until Tuesday to do so.A very basic bank function such as "opening an account" should not take three days to so.Adios.... we are going to a different bank.

Distracted and reluctant to help customers that come in. I stood in line for a while before someone acknowledged me and the two employees decided to help just after the gentleman from the window walked over to help.

The drive-throughl at this branch has the worst service I have ever experienced. At least three times I waited over 10 minutes then was told thatadditional identification and a manager's override was required for my deposit less than $11,000. The employee did not care that I have been doing business at this branch for over three years. I had to wait another 10 minutes while she then handled the other drive-through customer, obtained an override and purportedly manager's approval for my deposit. The employees are rude, condescending, sarcastic and argumentative, even when there is no argument to be had. One particular individual whoidentified herself only as “Pat†was particularly rude.
