The machines are always up and running. Recently, there were new updates completed to the facility. I’m excited that the sauna is open again, too! Highly recommended!

This is a decent gym, but it is unacceptable that the heat is set at 60 throughout the winter. It is very hard to warm up to a sweat even with a hard workout.

Im a powerlifter and needs daycare for my kids in the morning, Sue is great with my kids. The owner knows his stuff and is willing to help or answer any questions I may have. Great atmosphere.
