A wonderful car buying experience! Our salesperson, Ryan McKinnon was an excellent communicator keeping us up to date as he worked diligently to find us exactly what we wanted. Business Manager, Sharon Gigliotti was terrific, assisting us through the paperwork and warranties. Thompson is an incredible dealership and we are thankful we had such a delightful buying experience!

The service was top-notch my sales Representative Peter was outstanding. I had some issue with my windshield and it was addressed properly at no charge to me, as well as issue with my rim that was proactively scheduled to be addressed while providing me with a loaner car. Couldn’t be happier with how well I was cared for.

Things are handled quickly and efficiently during drop-off, but pick-up is not as smooth. They brought me out the wrong car. This has happened before on two other occasions even though there is a numbered tag on my key fob which I thought should match the tag on my car. They eventually find my car, but sometimes it takes awhile.

Purchasing our new car from Thompson Lexus in Doylestown was a wonderful experience! We chose to initially visit this particular dealership; which is approximately an hour from our home, because of the feedback we had heard/read from other customers. After our first interaction with them we knew we had made the right choice. Anne, our salesperson was very kind, personable, honest and extremely helpful with our decision on choice of vehicle. She was patient, genuine and understood what we were looking for. I felt absolutely no pressure which added to the positive experience. Michael, the business manager also was so nice to work with and made the process easy. We are very happy with our decision to drive the distance to Thompson Lexus and purchase our new vehicle. In the future, we plan on using the service department to maintain our vehicle and feel confident that it will also be positive. Thank you Thompson Lexus in Doylestown!
