Been coming here for over 20 years and have never been treated the way I was treated today. The lack of professionalism was disturbing to say the least. The store manager Chris came out saying he didn't have time, he was too busy and couldn't deal with helping me. He also called me feisty in front of other customers which was completely inappropriate- all because I didn't know the account name. I will no longer do business at this Sherwin Williams. Kevin was such a pleasure to work with, he took care of me as Chris the store manager walk away and stayed in the back.

The customer service in this store is excellent.. I recently moved to the Doylestown area and I was quite stressed with the move and trying to pickPaint colors for the whole house etc… I went into this store and quite frankly took my stress out on the employee’s…, When I went backInto the store after my meltdown they treated me with such professionalism and courtesy that I felt compelled to apologize for my previous bad review and to say that this store has the best customer service around!!’ Thank you so much!

Terrible. $95 for a gallon of Emerald. No Primer to select. $11 for a 5 pack of plastic pan liners. No more Sherwin Williams.

Until Yesterday, I've always had a very good experience at this store. I purchased 6 stick on paint chips for my mother who is a stroke victim - took them back to her house in Doylestown and due to her lack of communication, I then realized she wanted darker paint for her kitchen cabinets. - 15 min later, I took the 4 UNUSED stick-one back. I returned to the store & asked if I could switch them for deeper colors. A clerk by the name of "Tyler" wasn't only insensitive about my situation, but was extremely arrogant! He refused to let me swap out the UNUSED paint stick- ons. He said they were non-refundable and he couldn't make any exceptions - even though I had just left and they were brand new. This made no sense at all that he was unwilling to make a good judgement call and exception - especially since it involved a senior citizen who had a massive stroke and lost her ability to read and write. He was flat out uncaring. Then, to top it off, when my mother and I left he gave us a huge sarcastic smile and said " Have a fantastic day" - WOW! I think Sherman Williams Doylestown needs to give their employee a lesson on etiquette & customer service or possibly get some staff who's empathetic to their customers.
