Called within a minute of my appointment time, and the technician had excellent skills. I like that I was informed of a test that had been ordered but would not be covered by my insurance.

Please correct issues with insurance. I have Medicare and it was not recognized by your computer. Therefore it took a longer time to register in a second time when I went in for my appointment after pre-registration.

What is the point of making an appointment of more than half an hour after appointment time you are still waiting???? Go somewhere else, you will probably have a better experience.
