After receiving a call that I was in need of help, Chuck showed up at the shop on his day off in a matter of minutes. He had my issue addressed in no time and sent me on my way free of charge. He even let me wash up in the shop before I headed out. Kindness, competence, generosity… what else can you ask for. Thank you for your humanity, Chuck!

Dan was awesome. He had a job lined up to do before I arrived, but knew I had a bit of an "emergency," and he took care of my situation perfectly. Chuck (the owner) was very accommodating, and Don was a great guy to chat with while I waited. My job was a bit of a pain, and completely unscheduled, but they still managed to complete it with urgency & professionalism - and in a snowstorm!
