I bought wiper blades today, and an employee named Tom looked up the sizes to confirm I was getting the right ones. I asked for quick tips for putting them on and he said he'd do it for me! Sure, I could've done it myself, but he saved me the trouble. Thanks so much, Tom!

I stopped in with a grease fitting problem for my lawn tractor. The original fittings were missing and my local car repair company suggested I try the NAPA parts store in Doylestown on North Main Street. A gentleman named Tom went out of his way to examine my tractor wheel where the fitting should be located. He determined that it was a press-in fitting not a screw type. He found the correct size and explained how to insert the fitting. Awesome service and knowledgeable people. Many thanks!
