Horrible service in cleaning the pool. Mt Lake were doing good job in fixing pool leak and other problems before. So I decided to hire them to open and clean the pool. I was charged $800+. And not only the pool is green, but they charged me for service that they did not provide. I was charged for cleaning the filter when in fact it was not even opened. They were always in a hurry and spend 10 minuts on the job. They dropped 2 plugs on the bottom of the pool and they vacuumed around them instead of picking them up. They left without any instructions on the next steps. Did not add salt to the pool (see picture after they left) . I need to do everything from scratch myself.

JJ came to my home for a pool indoc. New owners and needed to understand the ins/outs. JJ was so nice , patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Mt. Lake Pool and Patio. Would definitely recommend.

Mike and his team did a full pool renovation for us last year. It was top to bottom. Plumbing, plaster, tile, coping, deck Basically the only thing that remained was the original hole and the pool shape. The first thing we appreciated was the extent to which they were able to stay on a time line. In a period of time when everybody is pushing projects out, they stayed on schedule. Of course with a project that size, there are going to be some speed bumps that are encountered. What we so appreciated was how open Mike was to listen and work through whatever issues we were having. He brings in whatever resources are necessary to fix the issue. Mike is a member of his community and understands the responsibility to treat every community customer in an outstanding manner. We would not hesitate to recommend to anyone that you can trust your pool renovation to Mt. Lake.

I have used three different local pool companies and all of them I’ve asked to leave my property due to the beyond poor quality of work and professionalism. After finding out about Mt. lake pool and meeting Mike the owner you actually came out to my house himself I will never use another pool company. Mike and the Mt lake service team , customer service team and the Pool technicians who come out to the house at beyond 5 stars! Everytime they have come out I have learned more and more and any question I’ve asked hasn’t gone unanswered by them! Everything with them has been flawless !

I am 85 years old, and have dealt with every kind of vendor out there, but have never had the customer service, or intention to satisfy, that the people at Mountain Lakes have provided. Superb!!!

Have always had really good experience with Mount Lake. Motor repairs and supplies etc. Usually very fast turnaround on repairs and very reasonable pricing. Typically good advice from the older more experienced staff, but suggest avoiding younger staff who seem much less informed. Prices can be a bit high on certain items and suggest shopping online to check price before buying at ML. Paying a bit more though is worth it for the advice in-store.

Customer service leaves A LOT to be desired. We have been using them for several years for our regular pool maintenance, etc. I think the guys who come out are ok, but the in-house staff and just generally how they run their business is not good. They recently "repaired" our motor (mid May), was supposed to give us a quote for new one (never received) and our "repaired" motor just died (early July). We called them after hours on a Saturday and left a message - wasn't necessarily expecting a response over the weekend, but they never called me back! It's Thursday and I had to call them. We found an excellent pool service who helped us out on a Sunday and I will look to change companies as soon as they have capacity for new clients. For now, I guess we have to stay with subpar service. Disappointing.

Horrible service. Showed up for once a year sale and they would not us in. They said they were closed (2pm on a Sun), but the advertisements and flyers had no times listed.

Horrible service. We showed up for the once a year warehouse sale and they wouldn't let us (or some others) in. No wonder their other location closed down.

Used for pump repairs. Fast effective service usually at a reasonable price. Repair tech (chris?) is excellent. Store usually has parts etc that we need. Prices on parts and chemicals can be high.. pays to double check other suppliers sometimes. However, lots of inexperienced kids at the service desk. Be careful looking for advice unless you get one of the more experienced people.
