Fair, Honest, and trustworthy. I have never had a problem or had a bad experience. It is not their fault my car is broken, they gave accurate and detailed information on cost and timeline for all repairs.

I've unfortunately had to use them several times to repair my vehicles but they are straight up honest people with integrity. I wouldn't bring my vehicles anywhere else.

Great business - Mike Wass Jr runs a terrific operation. Sal and Mike up front are friendly and helpful. Mike Sr & Denise are always great. The techs here are educated and perform quality work. They all communicate well and deliver what they promise. If you want quality repairs at a fair price, come here.

Always thorough, quick and so nice! I only bring my car here. It was just a quick oil change but I still got a phone call and felt like I was their only customer for the day. And everyone there is so super nice, just a really nice place!!

Called about a seat cover replacement for an older vehicle. They did some searching and found the replacement foam, but not the heater or cover, so still contemplating moving forward.
They were professional in their actions to this point, and if I decide to move forward they will get my pick for doing the work.

I had a headlight lightbulb installed in my car. I live only a few minutes from Wass Automotive so I called Wass and spoke to Sal. He told me to come to the shop to install the lightbulb. Ten minutes later I was on my way home. I will definitely use Wass again in the future. The pricing was extremely fair!

Single woman with a ten year old Honda. Always treated with respect, given details on progress and results. Never feel talked down to, which is rare from mechanics talking with women! Their work is clear and transparent.

Brought my sons car in for an oil change. They stated that he had 6k+ worth of damage to various components to his car. Said it would never pass inspection and that is was unsafe to drive at all. Brought the car to BMW dealership (Thompson) that went through everything on the car and found no issues that were reported by Wass. I am not sure what game this shop was playing, but I do not appreciate it. The car is now inspected with no issue.
