In my opinion I would stay clear of this dealership.Selling a car that they didn’t have a title after we both agreed on a cash price .Car is advertised online for sale.Keep getting emails from different salespeople trying to sell me the same car without a title .In the end, they wouldn’t sell me the car to my auto corporation for the same agreed price ,after agreeing to wait for a duplicate title.Strange way to do business.Bought another car from a dealership close to them , who said we have heard this before.Emailed me full transparency with copies of title and buyers order. Wired payment andcar ships tomorrow , hassle free from a competitor.Save the nonsense , there are many new car dealers who want to sell you a car.

Walked in to this dealership to explore my first Benz. I have been shopping around for sometime and this was my longest car search ever. Did my due diligence with different models and had GLE as the finalist based on my budget. However , had to compromise on the size of the car to fit our requirements. GLS was the best fit though , but the price point. Adam from their sales spent sometime with us to understand our actual requirements and patiently worked with us to get a better deal on the GLS from their inventory. Overall It`s definitely a win-win & I`m amazed by their customer service !!!

Ive had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Sunny during my car search.Through out the whole process Sunny was kind,Understanding and patient!I know i wasn't the easiest customer to deal with as I came with many questions and concerns but through it all Sunny never made me feel like a burden. Absolutely great in every way! Donna Arnold helped me with the purchase of my c300. I bought my first Mercedes from this place and I have to say everyone I dealt with there was just fabulous. The whole experience was fast and painless. That’s the way every dealership should be. They went out of their way to give me the best deal possible, and when I had a concern about tires on the vehicle I bought they went and put brand new Perelli’s on it no questions no extra charge. They also have a fantastic service department when I went back a year later to get service, they were on top of everything and gave me a loaner car to use so I could finish running my errands, so my day was not interrupted.

The best dealership I’ve ever been to hands down. Zach and Kyle made this experience extremely smooth with myself doing minimal work. I spoke to Zach and Kyle about what I was looking for in a vehicle and what my price range was and they both delivered exactly what I was looking for. Zach did a phenomenal job sending me vehicles that peaked my interest and were within my price range, while Kyle communicated with the banks to find me the best payment with minimal money down. Overall very satisfied with my visit and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Highly recommend this dealer and will definitely be back for more business.
