I purchased a 3 in 1 charger from this store for iPhone/AirPod/Apple Watch. The item did not function to expectations. It could charge one device at a time but would malfunction when tasked with charging two or three. I did not notice this malfunction propensity at first because I did not try charging three devices at once to test it. So, by the time I realized the product is unacceptable, I no longer had retained the receipt or original packaging.
The "Return Policy For Items Purchased In Stores" posted on the Marshalls & Home Goods website claims that returns will be accepted with no receipt in exchange for store credit. This posted return policy does not directly mention the need to retain the original packaging, if there is one. The purchase I made had been split between a credit card and a store gift card. My credit card statement exists as proof of purchase and the store without doubt has records of products purchased with their own gift cards. There is ample evidence that this sale occurred without need for a receipt.
Despite all of this, the store refused to make this issue right and refund my money.
In addition to selling me a junk product, the store wasted my time and energy either via not following their return process properly or by posting a return policy on their website which is unclear about the need to retain original packaging.
Times are tight for me right now. I can't afford to be going to stores that sell garbage to me and waste my time and money. Especially with a competing department store opening up in Doylestown in a matter of days, I have decided to never return to this store again and would urge others to do the same.

Marshall’s is such a great place to shop with everything from shoes, clothing, toiletries, hair products to children’s clothing and toys. Home decor as well! And the prices are amazing!

I’m a longtime loyal customer to this store, for years I’d buy cases of Italian bottled water.Today, upon going to the register to pay for the bottled water cases, which hold about 6 bottles each(cases are heavy), I was told by the cashier that I had to take every case out(I had about 6 or 7 in the cart) for her to scan.I’ve never had to do this before, this is not only insanely unprofessional but not practical at all considering they are the exact same type of cases and I am 65 years old, being asked to lift six cases on to the register and back in my cart.I asked for the manager and the coordinator, “ Kelly “ came and told me that it was against their policy to allow me to purchase the water cases unless I took them all out to scan individually.Unbelievable degree of unprofessionalism and I hope this management does not tarnish the reputation of the entire store.

Love this store. Friendly personnel and very quick check out with at least 9 if not more checkers. Spoke with our checker and they love working for the company and said they pay well. Would recommend. Good merchandise.

I was there today and i saw the manager being really disrespectful, rude and yelling at her employees, and i dont think she should be allowed to treat her employees like that.

Need help finding something? Good luck, none of the workers speak English.
