Worked with M&S (Chris specifically) in the past and they had done great work. So when I had a new leak happen, I reached out about replacing the rest of the roof. Chris was responsive and understood my urgency to get this moving. Got quoted and scheduled quickly and got the roof replaced and it looks great! Would definitely work with Chris and M&S again and would recommend them to anyone

M&S roofing did a fabulous job installing a new roof on our historic (c. 1852) farm house. We have a lot of foundation gardens surrounding the house, and the guys did a fantastic job protecting all of our bushes and perrenials. Following the installation, the clean up was spectacular. No old shingles, or nails coud be found anywhere. Especially important to us, since we have two large dogs. Thank you M&S.

We used M&S roofing. Chris came out a day after I called. Got a quote that afternoon. We were thrilled with the price & what was even better, they came out the following week. It only took a day to replace the whole entire roof. They started at 7am & were finished by7pm. Would highly recommend! Thanks Chris!

We recently hired M&S Roofing & Contracting for a full roof replacement on our home. Everything about this company was top notch. From the 1st call I made, to meeting with our project manager, Anthony, down to the final shingle being installed - they were fantastic. Very responsive, extremely professional and fairly priced. We will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone in need of work. 10 out of 10 !!

We strongly recommend M&S Roofing and Contracting, Inc. for your roof repair/replacement. Chris came out and thoroughly explained what they saw from initial inspection to what to expect if more damage was detected. He was very professional, detail oriented and meticulous with the small details. The work crew was fast, and they were professional. Our roof looks fantastic! Now we want them to come back and quote us on our porch deck being converted to a dining room addition. I will write a review after that too!! Great job M&S!!

They were great to work with and did an excellent job in repairing our roof from squirrel damage. Very professional and showed up on time and completed work in a very timely manner. Definitely recommend them.

They did a beautiful job replacing box bay windows and roof overhang on box bay and garage with black metal roofing, also interior framing of box bay. Workmanship and materials are of the utmost quality. 10 yrs ago they did whole house roofing, siding, gutters, garage door and porch on side of house. I had the pleasure of working with Anthony the project manager. I have nothing but awesome things to say about this company not only how professional Anthony was but the installers as well. It was a pleasure to meet Chris and converse with him. This crew showed up on time every day, respectful, and cleaned up every night after working a 10-12 hour day. I had a new roof installed on my main house as well as the roof on our addition, all new plywood and five rafters were replaced and it was completed in two days. I had a new roof installed by M&S Roofing & Contracting, Inc. The initial estimator, Christopher, was knowledgeable and personable. He sent a link allowing me to pick the color of the new roof. The installers were experienced and cleaned up every piece of material when finished. The roof took one day to complete and it was clear that they paid attention to every detail and took every necessary step to ensure that the roof would not leak in joints and chimney areas. The roof was priced fairly, is guaranteed and it's clear that quality materials were used.
