came from another labcorp due to the drug screening lady having an emergency which is reasonable. they told me to go to the labcorp in doylestown so i did because might as well since im out. i got there and checked in fine. a lady comes out and asks who came for drug screens and multiple people from the previous labcorp raised their hand. she asked who came in first and i didn’t raise my hand because a woman and her son came in before me. then she asked if anyone else came in for it and everyone else raised their hand. she selectively picked the woman that was sitting next to me to go back with everyone else, and left me and this other girl in the waiting room. (i was in the waiting room BEFORE 2 of the people that went in AND before the girl that was waiting with me). about 5-10 minutes later the front desk lady said that the other girl could go in so i was confused. i went up to the front and she tried to help me which i appreciate. however the lady doing the drug tests didn’t take me because “her shift was over” even though i was waiting for an hour. i understand we all want to go home at the end of our shift, however like i said, i was there waiting for a long time and before everyone else. i am a pretty patient person in general… i went to 2 labcorps AND waited at both. they offered me to come in the next day and be the first person regardless of who came in before me, which was very nice. however this labcorp is not near my house and the previous one is only 0.4 miles away. 2 stars only because they tried to help me, but the drug test lady should be more mindful of everyone.

I’m not sure what’s up with the negative reviews. Super fast and easy, no wait, zero paperwork or filling anything out on site. Tech was friendly, ultra smooth experience. I don’t know what more anyone could want.

Very disappointed to hear the poor service my father received visiting your facility on June 28th in the early morning hours. My father is older and expressed that he could have been treated in a less rough manner. To see the size of the bruising on his arm is completely uncalled for and a disgrace. I visited this facility for several years and will no longer due to this terrible experience. I wanted to share this to prevent others from receiving this type of treatment.

Wouldn’t accept a prescription in electronic form when other locations never had a problem. Avoid this location they are not helpful and not interested in helping patients.

STRONGLY SUGGESTING CHOOSING A DIFFERENT LAB. I listened to a women give the nicest complaint I ever heard some giving. She complained about standing in the lobby for far too long for 2 days in a row. When they finaly came to the desk the worker added a sharp tone to her speach. The patient asked the worker why was being so rude to her & the worker said because you complained. I found out that it was the supervisor that she was speaking with

Worst service. They refused to collect blood because I was not carrying print out when I had soft copy and document itself says that soft copy is ok.

Can you please change the hours for Saturdays? This location has been closed on Saturdays for over a year and the business is suffering on Google because of it. Please someone at Labcorp change it. Staff is wonderful and do not deserve these 1 stars! Its not their fault! Thank you!

Was signed in and waited for 30 minutes and I thought I would be next but they started calling other people who just showed up before I left don't waste your time.

I'm a walk-in on Saturday, no appointments available on website got there a 10: 00. They were closed supposed to be open till 11:00
