So here’s the story. Last Monday evening Sam and I went for a drive toward Easton, PA along the Delware. We drove up upper 611, truly a scenic drive. Something seemed off with the car. It was shaking and unsteady so Sam turned us around.

The service department was spot on diagnosing my Mercedes C300. I had purchased the car from another dealer and asked Keenan to look it over. They found an issue right away with the drive shaft that was then corrected by the dealer. Mark, the service manager, was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Keenan!

We purchased a 2019 Mercedes GLS 450 from this dealership and can't say enough about the service we received. Our sales representative, Josh, as well as the sales manager, Doug, helped make our purchase go as smooth as possible. The dealership offered us the same vehicle we were purchasing as a loaner vehicle while we waited to complete our deal due our vehicle trade-in and other factors. We are very pleased with our purchase and will revisit this location for our next vehicle. I highly recommend Keenan for their professionalism in making a deal work as well as their service to make us as comfortable as we could be during our transaction.

Made an appointment to see a GLE 350 on a Thursday in April. Drove over two and a half hours on that Saturday to what was supposed to be a "detailed" SUV. The truck was full of pet hair and had an odor that the salesperson seemed oblivious of. When I asked him about the stain I noticed above the door. Again he had no idea about the condition of the vehicle he was showing.

The sales force, especially Paul were welcoming and made the experience a joy. The flexibility of the deal was always accommodating. Communication at all times was exceptional and the entire team up thru management made me feel so comfortable with my new car.

I was in for service yesterday. Very courteous staff but this is the first time I have been disappointed in their service. My car was in for a recall and I asked them to replace headlight on the passenger side. They told me all the lights were working and I didn't need a new one. When I checked it after I arrived at home the headlight is out. On the receipt it said I received a free appreciation car wash which I did not. When I called I was rudely told the headlight was working when they checked and the car wash was broken. I really didn't car about the car wash but don't put it on receipt.. I am now concerned that the recall was not completed. I don't have any more time this week to have the headlight replaced and I am concerned about getting a ticket for driving with a headlight out. This is the first time I have been disappointed with their service department but I will hesitate to bring it their for service againl
